PRIOR TO MY VIDEO CHAT WITH STEPHANIE ON 12/16, I WAS HELPED BY ERICA A WEEK BEFORE (12/8) WHEN THE TELE-HEALTH SYSTEM WASN'T WORKING. SHE WAS VERY INSTRUMENTAL IN GETTING ME ANOTHER APPOINTMENT QUICKLY & VOUCHED THAT I WAS THERE BUT HAD NO CONNECTION W STEPHANIE
