Yes, the receptionist was attentive from the moment we opened the door, she smiled and let us know we're there and would be with us shortly as she was on a call. She then smiled and asked us how I was doing and proceeded to check me in, she also checked me out and I was also treated kindly with respect and dignity and she tried to look for a testing facility close for me and on the dates I could go for my testing. Also the doctors nurse was also very kind, informative, understanding ( as she didn't rush me) she was as well very respectful, attentive and knowledgeable. The Dr/ARNP Stephanie Martinez knocked on door had a true warm smile introduced herself, explained she would be recording our conversation and if I would be alright with it? I was, she asked me why I was there? She listened and again very attentive asked if I had an concerns or questions? She reviewed all of my test and explained and agreed with my wishes on how I wanted to be cared for ( as I need open heart surgery) I had asked if I could have another test before I made any decisions on my surgery. I truly felt listened to and my care felt as if my doctor cared. The entire visit I would say is a 110%. Thank you for the AMAZING experience.

I was very anxious about my condition. I had so many unanswered questions . Stephanie Martinez was wonderful.. She asked me the proper questions. Then explained to me in detail what the possibilities were and how we would proceed from here. She was very confident and reassuring. I felt better , mentally and emotionally, than I have felt in months. She explained everything in terms that were easy to understand.

From my First interaction with staff to obtain an appointment to the professional and caring attitude of the provider, I would give everyone at this facility an A+ in caring for their patients who walk in scared and unsure of a diagnosis. Each individual was positive and caring, This office has brought back the Rarely seen feel of a small town Dr who knows and cares about you. This office has created a professional and empathetic atmosphere of putting the patient at ease. I truly know that I have World class professionals to assist me in my diagnosis and care.

Dr. Stephanie is a very caring Individual She is a dedicated caregiver. A great doctor cares very much about her patients and it shows and the ladies at the front desk who answer the phone or vital, they're friendly and they do a great job. A great bunch of people working together couldn't be better.
