I had to go to the Cancer Center for the 1st time & Stephanie made me feel like a cared for patient & not a customer.

She explained everything, and took the time to answer all, and any questions. She was very caring, kind, and sincere. She really cares about what she does, and wants to help, and answer any and all questions you may have. She doesn’t make you feel like she is rushing to the next patient, she really wants you to be informed.

The whole staff encounters were excellent and professional. Natalie and Stephanie were exceptional in their performance of duty. Calling back promptly and even calling to check to see if I need any help was greatly appreciated. I also appreciated the kindness during the visit very much. I like that someone answers the phone when calling the number. Front desk personnel were also terrific. Prompt and professional.

Exceptionally positive attitudes of all staff. They enjoy each other and love their work. A genuine team. There were no muddy, negative undercurrents. They are an example of a healthy team. I was once a [ ], as well as a department supervisor. I also taught as an [ ]. The concept of nursing team work was new then. Really the dark ages. So During my appt. at [ ], i experienced that staff as a model of Nursing teamwork, and as the patient, I felt less fear of [ ] and more safe with their level of knowledge surrounding me, as well as their presence of love and harmony. (And humor)
