PRIOR TO MY VIDEO CHAT WITH STEPHANIE ON 12/16, I WAS HELPED BY ERICA A WEEK BEFORE (12/8) WHEN THE TELE-HEALTH SYSTEM WASN'T WORKING. SHE WAS VERY INSTRUMENTAL IN GETTING ME ANOTHER APPOINTMENT QUICKLY & VOUCHED THAT I WAS THERE BUT HAD NO CONNECTION W STEPHANIE

Every single person in this office that I encountered has been most excellent, so efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate . They made me feel so cared for from the from desk ( Erika and another lady , I apologize for not remembering her name) to Zoe ( I believe this is the nurse name who took my vitals) , to Stephanie ( who patiently answered every single question on my list which helped reassure me I am in good hands) to the kind lady who ( again I’m so sorry for not remembering her name) was kind and efficient with scheduling my next diagnostic appointment. Thank you so much! I felt blessed by you !

My visit with Dr [ ] was great .she told me and explained every little detail that I was looking for .I did not even know that I was seeming her for one thing , but my primary care Dr never told me what I saw and was told at my appointment with Dr.[ ].I am so very thankful for coming to see her she was so professional and explained everything that I really needed to know and she was so very honest ..I was extremely satisfied and thankful that I had the chance to see her and talk to her in person .. thank you so very much …[ ]

When I walked into the office it was such a friendly environment especially between each other the staff really made me feel like it was a great office to work in and to be a patient there. The doctor's assistant and the doctor herself were above and beyond very kind and professional and I really felt well taken care of in that office
