All the care givers that I came in touch with ie EKG, lab were very friendly and pleasant. Explained what they were going to do before they did it. X-ray was nice but seemed she was having a busy day and just wanted to get the day done with.she did explain what she was going to do but seemed to be in a hurry. Despite a busy day a smile goes a long way for most people.

APRN Taylor was absolutely wonderful with my mom. Her interaction, the caring in her eyes and body language, her tone, and her genuine concern were like nothing I've ever seen before. Her bedside manner was exceptional. She's truly a natural. I would also like to recognize the office manager. Her name started with a K and she was from Texas. My mom had three appointments that day, and everyone was incredibly helpful, but she escorted us to each appointment in different locations throughout the hospital so we didn't get lost. At every stop, we were greeted promptly and taken care of right away. When we were finished, she even walked us back to where our car was parked. I told all of my coworkers about our experience.

The physician was a bit soft-spoken. While I have hearing aids in both ears, I still had difficulty in both hearing and fully understanding all of the instructions.

The doc was so nice and thoughtful but it was nice of him to get 2 of the nurses there and they were so kind and allowed me to do the things of a new device for the bladder. Very well educated and so thought of being so nice to me. The 2 nurses was great

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness and respect. Charmaine I registration, Vern and Chris who shuttled me back and forth, Sarah who did my EKG, Lexi who took my blood, Rob who took my chest x-ray, the assistant in Taylor's office and Taylor, herself, were all wonderful.

Everyone was great! Taylor spent time to fully explain all my options and any questions I had. EKG technition was very comforting and funny. She made me feel comfortable. The lady who drew my blood was very professional . I didn't even feel her stick me. Very personable young lady. Very good experience , which puts your mind at ease about the upcoming surgery
