Everyone that I talked to in my opinion was outstanding to me. The time they spent with me , made me very much at ease. I never felt rushed. All my questions were answered. I guess all I can say is that they are a great team, I was treated with respect, and felt very comfortable while there. Keep all of them they are exactly what Lee Physician Group needs.

In general the entire experience was extremely positive and outstanding, but there is no question that Taylor Marrapese was far and away in terms of her knowledge, ability to communicate, friendliness , listening and warmth the best at what she does and better than than anyone I have ever met. My visit could not have been any better. Taylor Marrapese and Florence [ ] have been above outstanding. Their support group equally as well. I've been working with other facilities and have encountered what I'll refer to as "Cluster Events" with some employees as near disastrous. It was refreshing to encounter this team.

Andrea spent 1.5 hours with me on the phone and believed me when I indicated my major problem was finding a [ ] not in stock. At today's appointment I was given the names of both to order on Amazon. Clary pleasantly wheeled me into the building through tight doorways not designed to handle wheelchairs. Taylor spent approx 1.5 hours with me, explaining what she could, and put on a mask on when she knew I was concerned about catching [ ].

Taylor was excellent. Obviously a caring person, she exhibited the highest standard of professionalism. We had a wonderful dialog as I explained my history and current symptoms and she asked appropriate questions. She was in no way rushed. She answered my questions and fully explained the procedures that I am going to have. I have experienced working with members of the medical community for many years. Taylor is one of the best. A great representative of the Lee Health family.
