Taylor was exceptionally thorough and did everything she could to reassure me about the upcoming surgery. She even contacted the surgeon's office to let me know exactly which type of hip replacement the surgeon intends to use.

I was very impressed with the diligence of the staff to read information I had added to MyChart and become familiar with some of my specific conditions. I realize I have a rare set of connective tissue disorders so it was very good to find out that not only had the NP read my info, she took the time to investigate what she didn't already know. That's a huge plus for someone undergoing major surgery- it can literally make the difference between success and failure. Believe me, it is not common practice, usually I encounter providers that just gloss over my conditions and plow through with the standard plan. I felt that I was heard at the visit, that my concerns were seen as valid and that my surgery has a better chance because of that. I thank Taylor for helping me feel seen.

The girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful and made sure that there was a trolley ready for me outside to take me to the main hospital for additional tests.The intake nurse Claire was very helpful and sweet.Taylor was very nice and extremely thorough with verifying all of my medical issues and history.

Taylor was very friendly and made me feel comfortable very easily. She did almost everything very well. She put my height down 3" shorter than I am for some reason. This caused my BMI to be elevated and I was pronounced obese, which if you have eyeballs you can plainly see that I am not. But unless I wore 3" off my legs on the walk over from Bldg. C, I ain't 5'6.5" tall. I am 5' 9.5" tall.

All the care givers that I came in touch with ie EKG, lab were very friendly and pleasant. Explained what they were going to do before they did it. X-ray was nice but seemed she was having a busy day and just wanted to get the day done with.she did explain what she was going to do but seemed to be in a hurry. Despite a busy day a smile goes a long way for most people.

APRN Taylor was absolutely wonderful with my mom. Her interaction, the caring in her eyes and body language, her tone, and her genuine concern were like nothing I've ever seen before. Her bedside manner was exceptional. She's truly a natural. I would also like to recognize the office manager. Her name started with a K and she was from Texas. My mom had three appointments that day, and everyone was incredibly helpful, but she escorted us to each appointment in different locations throughout the hospital so we didn't get lost. At every stop, we were greeted promptly and taken care of right away. When we were finished, she even walked us back to where our car was parked. I told all of my coworkers about our experience.

The physician was a bit soft-spoken. While I have hearing aids in both ears, I still had difficulty in both hearing and fully understanding all of the instructions.
