You're on point usually when it comes to making appointments. You guys are kind and considerand I love the way. My primary doctor listens to the things that I complain about and say that I'm having a problem with and I usually get results rather soon.

The office worked with me to get me in as I was a new employee with Baptist. I was in and out very quickly. I will recommend my husband to visit this office.

Dr Trapp is phenomenal and even though she gives you all you need for personal visit, she still stays on time though I don’t know how. The staff is great too…love to get Dee laughing. Most important, Dr Trapp figure things out where others have been unable. If I could give an 11, I would!

Dr Trapp was so personable and professional in her exam and explanations. Enjoyed speaking with her about my hx and getting things resolved. Her nurse was extremely nice and also professional he gave his flu shot s any pain. The office staff was very friendly.

The office staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Trapp always sees me in a timely manner. Also, she's very thorough and she explains things so that I can understand. Dr. Trapp's recommendations and plan of care are sufficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Trapp to others.

What I like best is the efficiency of the office. I’m barely there 5 minutes before my name is called and I’m shown to a room. When Dr. Trapp comes in she is thorough in her examination and in covering all of my complaints.

I like how friendly the front desk staff is. I like how Dr. Marla Trapp M.D. greets me as a person and patient. She listens has a compassionate attitude. Shows concerns. Answers my questions with a,professional manner, she waits until I complete my questions then answer, explain so I will understand. Something else she doesn't rush through as though she's in a hurry. It's a blessing to have a caring doctor. Thank you Doctor M.Trapp and Staff :):)

Dr. Trapp was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I arrived early and she was available to see me earlier than my scheduled appointment. She is also quick to respond to my questions via the portal.

Dr Trapp and her Medical Assistant were kind and easy to talk to. Appt was made, HC was easily filled out, appt was on time. Dr Trapp seemed to easily address my issues/concerns, and to recommend appropriate referrals. I appreciated her time!

Better customer service. The checkout lady was rude, didn't respond when I greeted her and there was a long pause before she ever acknowledged my presence. Dr. Trapp and the nurse who started the visit were amazing though.
