Dr Giordano has helped me so much. He helped me reduce the number of [ ] I take making me feel so much better. He has helped me out of my depression by taking time to discuss a new med that makes my mood incredibly.

Dr. Giordano and his staff have been great all-around. Whether it is appointment scheduling, prescription ordering, or talking through game plans, they are all very kind and helpful. I’ve come a long way the past couple of years and it is in part due to Dr. Giordano and his team. Highly recommend!

I wrote to him in my chart with a concern that I had and by the next day, his staff called me to Come in the next day to see him! That is truly a Sign of a good doctor! Thank you, Dr. G

Every time I have an appointment with Dr. Giordano. I feel better when I leave than when my appointment began. He has already read my other diagnoses, labs, and appointment notes PRIOR to me entering, so he knows what I have experienced in the last few days and how it contributes to my [ ]. He listens keenly and genuinely, and makes suggestions which I am always up for because I feel the scanning he has done gives him a better idea of what will help.

Dr. Giordano has been exceptional. I have many years (unfortunately lol) of experience with providers of all types, and he is easily in my top 3 favorite/best doctors. He is never rushed, short, or inconvenienced by questions or concerns. He is passionate about ensuring his patients have every bit of information they need in order to be an active participant in their treatment plan. His concern is legitimate, and I truly enjoy my appointments with him. Your organization is extremely fortunate to have a doctor and patient advocate of his caliber on your team. The Home Base organization should be equally proud to have an ambassador like him on the forefront of veteran specific care.

The provider was outstanding. He spent an hour with resident and myself. Spoke to both of us and explained everything in detail and terms that resident could understand.

I have been able to set up Telehealth visits with my provider, Dr. Mark Giordano. He is always a soothing voice I look forward to for our appointments. Doc G is a great listener and asks appropriate questions to best help me by providing the appropriate medication. He is great with explaining what each [ ] does and how it may affect me. Dr G. Made sure before I left his office everything was fine. He spent over the allotted time to make sure I felt safe. I was and still am in a [ ] but with the guide line Dr G put together it gives me hope and way of escape.

Dr. Giordano is a very caring professional! He listens carefully, and with concern, he is very transparent with the treatment plans, explanations of conditions and medications. He makes you feel very welcome even when you are discussing things that make you feel uncomfortable telling anyone. He is very accommodating and attentive. Overall, I would say he is an excellent physician, he definitely knows what he’s talking about, when discussing any issues. And medication regimes. He is a very kind man!

Dr. Giordano went above and beyond. I was having connection issues and Dr.Giordano tried several times to connect me trying different apps. He was very understanding and patient. I was expecting to be rescheduled but he kept trying until something worked.
