From the check in to the MA’s in the back they are all so professional and polite, they care about their patients. Dr. Brinkman has a great beside manner, he really cares about his patients and he listens to them and he doesn’t rush to get you out of the office. I have been a patient of this office for many years and I plan to continue for many more.

I became a new patient on 9/10/24. I was greeted warmly when I walked in. The medical ass't. Kayla was so kind, personable and comforting, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable - my BP wasn't even high like it usually is in a Dr. office. Then I met Dr. Brinkman!! Oh my goodness - where has he been over my 74 yrs!! He is phenomenal and hope I have the blessing to have him as my Dr. for however long the Lord wants me here. I've been to many Drs. over my lifetime, but none like him. He was SO kind, patient, easy to talk to - I truly don't have enough kind words for Dr. Brinkman and Kayla, as well as Dawn who was so friendly and helpful at the front desk. Baptist Primary Care in Callahan is the best Dr. office I've ever been to, and I'm hoping Dr. Brinkman will also accept my husband as his patient. We will feel well taken care of over our next years. I guess you can tell since I've written a novel here, that I was beyond happy to have found Dr. Brinkman and Callahan Baptist Primary Care. Thank you for the exceptional practice you have in Callahan!!!

Baptist Callahan's medical office has provided excellent care for my wife and self over the past two years. Dr, Mark Brinkman and his staff are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of our needs. We appreciate the closeness of the facility to or home and pharmacy as travel time when sickness occurs is paramount as a senior citizen.
