My experience at the office was excellent. Dr. Marisa Mohammed and her entire medical staff were exceptionally friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Dr. Mohammed took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The professionalism, warmth, and expertise of the team created a welcoming environment that truly stood out. I left feeling well cared for and grateful for the outstanding service.

My experience at the doctor’s office was excellent. The medical staff and providers were friendly, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable. They took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the professionalism and warmth of the entire team.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Two weeks ago I called on a Friday morning, leaving a message that I thought my incision from my knee replacement was getting infected. I never received a call back. I had an appointment 3 days ago. I went a few minutes early because I had another appointment following this appointment. Everyone in the waiting room was called before me - before the staff realize that the front office people did not give them my chart. I sat there for an hour.

Marissa and Dr. Krebs are great and very knowledgeable. The problem is the waiting in the lobby that exceeds an hour and a half. In addition to that the communication is lacking after a surgery or even when I called for a concern. It just takes a long time to get back to you.

I really like the care I've been receiving from Dr Krebbs and PA Chris. When Marissa treated me on my last visit, she came in the room and hadn't even read my chart correctly. She didn't know the full extent of my surgery and had to go out of the room to gather more information about the surgery. [Removed defamatory language] She seemed to be a little snippy to me. I didn't feel comfortable with her. I would prefer to see PA Chris or Dr krebb.
