Marissa and Dr. Krebs are great and very knowledgeable. The problem is the waiting in the lobby that exceeds an hour and a half. In addition to that the communication is lacking after a surgery or even when I called for a concern. It just takes a long time to get back to you.

I really like the care I've been receiving from Dr Krebbs and PA Chris. When Marissa treated me on my last visit, she came in the room and hadn't even read my chart correctly. She didn't know the full extent of my surgery and had to go out of the room to gather more information about the surgery. [Removed defamatory language] She seemed to be a little snippy to me. I didn't feel comfortable with her. I would prefer to see PA Chris or Dr krebb.

Exceptional. Above and beyond, very personable. Took time to explain in depth my questions. Made me feel as though I knew her well. VERY PLEASANT. I felt very comfortable with her. Didn’t feel rushed at all. One of the very best providers I have ever meant in my life. Scale one to 10….10!!!!

Marissa is approachable, unrushed, kind. After listening to my concerns and upon examination, Marissa ordered a doppler of the leg of the surgical site. A DVT was found. I am grateful for her care, and concern for detail and ripe listening skills.

The staff is friendly, but be prepared to wait. I waited over an hour at my last appointment just to be called back. When normally I don’t have to wait very long.

I was supposed to be giving an appointment with a physical therapist it is almost a week and I still do not have one. I do not care ware I go but I want my arm to be100% when it’s all done.

Marissa is an excellent practitioner and I absolutely love her. She remembers details that I may not always remember. I have seen her for three different surgical and post-op events, and she is always wonderful! High marks for her!

Good experience with rotator cuff surgery and post op care. Just strange not to see surgeon after. And instructions were pretty vague at 6 week post op on what I can and cannot do with arm safely. I was referred to my PT. Just told to use it.
