I would highly recommend but I think she has too many patients and that's absolutely not her fault. It's SSM fault.

I was pleased that I was able to get an appointment with her within a relatively short time period. I also liked how she expressed concern over my borderline high blood pressure and took time to remeasure my blood pressure. I get the sense that she's fairly new and perhaps less experienced than some of the other doctors, but I think she really cares about her patients, and that's what's most important.

Not my PC, but the most caring and thorough appointment I have had in years. My original appointment was with my PC but was changed a week prior to my appointment. Mariana R Bigham is exceptional, now if only I can get appointments within a decent time!

Dr. Bigham is by far the best physician I have seen. She is unusually responsive, extremely talented - providing exactly what I need timely, and she is empathetic and kind. She is efficient and proficient. I'm grateful for her work and staff.

After diagnosing my issue she made an appointment for me at one of the sports medicine clinics for help with treatment.

My experience with Dr Bigham was very positive. My only concern was that it took 8 months to get the appointment. She explained that she reserves some time for video conferences which will likely be of benefit in the future.
