Margaret is a kind, pleasant, direct physician, and over the past 7 years we have built a very great relationship. We are on the same page for my care and health needs. She takes the time to listen, to share and to confirm. Dr. Punt makes me feel seen and heard. Compliments on the successes and if asked provides suggestions for improvement. I don't trust physicians easily, so I feel blessed to have her as part of my care team.

It felt like it I was an inconvenience or an interruption to their day. She seemed to be going through the motions and told me she was "overwhelmed" because I mentioned several concerns and this visit was only meant to be preventative.
