Everything. Your office staff is consistently uplifting, informative, and reassuring. Very professional. Wonderful people skills. And NP Leigh Ann (Margaret Stachowiak) is a God-send. Every one of her visits has been so encouraging. She asks the right questions, listens intently, and always provides suggestions and approaches that prove to be spot on, immediately useful, and targeted to underlying issues and their remediation. Possibly the best nursing professional we have ever encountered. Baptist AgeWell is heads and heels above its competition in every area. I have not been to the Baptist AgeWell Center because of travel reasons. However, the in-home medical service has been outstanding, along with visit scheduling, lab work, and prescriptions. Baptist AgeWell has been the perfect medical care solution as I gain enough mobility function on my own. Thank you.

NP Leighann (?sp) is wonderful. She addressed my dad's concerns and talked with him. Checking in and out went smoothly too. To improve, I'd love for my dad to be seen in his apartment at the ALF. It's stressful for me to take time off work for all of his needs. It always seems like another follow up is needed.

EVERYTHING! The minute we walk through the door we are greeted with smiles from the check in desk. No question asked is a silly one. We have only been involved with Agewell since May and we have been met with an amazing staff. The portal is a great help getting us to check in early and a place to send messages. Thank you for having a practice dedicated to the older generation all under one roof.

Whether it's my doctor or the nurse practioner each has been very responsive to any health concern I may have. I find it very reassuring that they ask me a battery of pertinent questions to help in their diagnosis. To date, I have experienced in-home visit and phone call communication. Both experiences were very informative about in-home service availability concerning the limitation of my physical disability, e.g. not able to walk. I will be able to provide additional information as actual Baptist Age Well services are rendered.

They came to my apartment and they asked me all the right questions. They were very thoughtful and I felt that they cared for me. I also had a blood pressure problem and they stayed with me until I got a reasonable reading. Overall I was very pleased.
