I love Dr. Portalatin and appreciate him so much. He listens to my concerns and gives me excellent medical treatment. He is always patient with my questions. I will miss him when he retires.
Also I appreciate the staff at Baptist Primary. They are kind and considerate.

I’ve been visiting this doctor’s office for some time now, and every experience has been outstanding. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment you walk in. The front desk team is efficient with scheduling and check-in, making visits smooth and stress-free.

Everyone is so so very helpful and all the docs and assistants are eager to solve all your medical issues. I was very disappointed when I thought Baptist was not going to be in my network. I can’t imagine not having this wonderful team (Dr. Portalatin and Clair) taking care of me. Keep up the great work
