Dr Portalatin is always sharing a world of information to help my husband and me. He is always very concerned about our health and always ask us if we have any concerns. He makes it easy to talk to him and I feel I can tell him anything. He has always responded whenever,I call his office with health questions. His office staff are very friendly and always makes sure I am taken care of. I could not ask for a better primary care physician. I trust him with my husband and my life.

I had a slight stroke and when I got home the hospital, the first call I received was from the Baptist Regency center. I happen to have my yearly appointment for the following Monday and the office called to tell me that we were just discuss post hospital treatment.
Dr. Portalatin spent a great deal with me and helped my mental attitude. Dr. P is wonderful.

The remodel is very nice but it’s the staff that is awesome. From the front desk, the lab and the staff in the back offices with the patients. And of course my Physician, Dr. Portalatin. They are kind, caring and have positive vibes. I leave feeling upbeat. They feel like family!
