The staff is so very professional yet so kind and caring.. I love Dr. Chang he’s a great doctor. I trust him completely and he has a wonderful kind warm personality. It’s easy to reach the office and to cancel change or reschedule appointments. They are great.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And I would very highly recommend them!

Dr Chang treated me while I was hospitalized. He was friendly and professional while carefully guiding my treatment. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns.
When I had trouble connecting to a virtual call with Dr Chang, the staff was very gracious and walked me through the process. Each person was kind and understanding.
I am most appreciative of Dr Chang and his staff.

Dr Chang went above what one would expect to get my husband the greatly needed antibiotics. He is a great doctor!

Dr. Chang has been my Doctor for years! He was part of my team when I became extremely sick years ago and he was amazing!! I would highly recommend and I have, many times!

When asking the dr. a specific question about a drugs side effects, due to having kidney disease and being told it's fine to take. Being quite concerned about my kidney disease, I then called my Nephrologist before taking the drug, to be cautious. I find out three days later, after my nephrologist spoke with the infectious disease Dr. that this is a drug I should not take. I find it very disconcerting that the doctor did not listen to my concerns. This drug was $45 and being on a fixed budget, this is a total waste of money. I was also told to return in 3 months for a recheck on how I was doing on the medication. That won't be necessary now.

The staff is very nice and made me feel comfortable this way my Frist vist it's not like the clinic I was in all the poster and pictures information about Aides and condoms ever were they were not willing to listen to what's was going on never saw the doctor maybe twice a year everything else was done over the phone my Frist experience was a good one I was in that clinic for lije 10 years or so I am just happy I found a doctor listen to me and put on some medication that I can tolerate

While in the waiting room to see Dr. Chang, I went to the front desk to let them know my wife was not feeling well and would like to lie down. The young lady said she will see what she can do. One minute later, Dr. Chang came out to the waiting room personally and we brought my wife to an exam room. I thanked him and he said that when I a patient is not feeling well, they become the most important patient at that time. The staff came in and each one was nicer than the next. Unfortunately, my wife had to be re-admitted two days later but certainly not due to the caring and wonderful care she received with Dr. Chang and his staff.
