All the staff are so friendly yet professional - Dr. Chang was very nice - he gave me his thoughts and instructions while he also listened and answered questions. the office was decorated very nice for the Fall season and was clean and welcoming. I saw Dr. Mercardo while in the hospital and she too was very nice and helpful - it is a joy to have an office and personnel such as this!

Dr. Chang is not only a very skilled physician, he has an amazing bedside manner. Explains things carefully & completely. I really appreciate the option of virtual appointments for follow up care. He never rushes through these sessions, makes you feel he truly cares about you & your health issues. The office staff always pleasant, professional & quick to respond to questions or concerns.

The staff is so very professional yet so kind and caring.. I love Dr. Chang he’s a great doctor. I trust him completely and he has a wonderful kind warm personality. It’s easy to reach the office and to cancel change or reschedule appointments. They are great.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And I would very highly recommend them!

Dr Chang treated me while I was hospitalized. He was friendly and professional while carefully guiding my treatment. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns.
When I had trouble connecting to a virtual call with Dr Chang, the staff was very gracious and walked me through the process. Each person was kind and understanding.
I am most appreciative of Dr Chang and his staff.
