The entire office is very friendly and caring. They are excellent listeners to my concerns. Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable with much experience in handling bacterial infections. There is excellent coordination with the support staff at Baptist Infectious Disease. I highly recommend Baptist Infectious Disease.

Honestly, the way they had it decorated was so warm and inviting. And the receptionist behind the counter was incredibly polite and welcoming. It was one of the best experiences in a doctors office I’ve ever had and I’m middle-aged. I left with a smile on my face.

All the staff are so friendly yet professional - Dr. Chang was very nice - he gave me his thoughts and instructions while he also listened and answered questions. the office was decorated very nice for the Fall season and was clean and welcoming. I saw Dr. Mercardo while in the hospital and she too was very nice and helpful - it is a joy to have an office and personnel such as this!
