Paula’s assistant was very prompt at getting me seen by Paula and answered a question I had regarding my care. Paula should be given an award for the care that she gives. She has Excellent bedside manner.

Paula and Bill were wonderful. I think the CSR rep at discharge was Carol but I'm not sure. She is amazing. It was through her help that I was able to get in as soon as I did and her thoroughness in getting my [ ] and follow up visit scheduled. She is wonderful Thank you to all involved

Bill was great. He was personable and efficient. I am very grateful that he took [ ] and determined they were questionable. Paula was very efficient as well and gave me detailed at home instructions. They both took very good care of me. They were cautious of my questionable vitals and wheeled ne to [ ]. Thank you both for taking exceptional care of me. I was silently scared and felt confident I was in the right place at the right time and with the right people.

Paula was amazing!! She did so much more hands on testing with my mother in-law compared to Orthopedic Dr in Maine. She didn’t go by just the [ ], but had her different movements with her hands to figure out the issue.
