All staff were outstanding. From the Provider to the lab, ultrasound and office staff, the professionalism was incredible and caring. I am retired now, but previously commanded large Healthcare organizations, including Air Force Reseve medical units. Therefore, I have seen both the good and bad sides of healthcare. I Was truly impressed with your personnel and greatly appreciate their dedication.You have a fabulous team!

I felt that everyone was outstanding. From check in, to radiology, to nurse, to the provider overseeing my care, to check out. Even to the staff member who assisted me in pressing the elevator button and directing me out to the exit/ entryway.

Paula Mahan was very personable and made me feel relaxed and comfortable while explaining the procedure and how there were no guarantees, but she has had success with it and it was my decision to proceed with it.

Everyone was great from check in to check out. When I move to Buckingham later this year I will continue to come to Coconut Point to see Paula.

The nurse practitioner that took care of me was very nice and listen to my pain in the specific location of it. When I initially went for the x-rays there before the appointment they just x-rayed my hand and not my wrist on my right hand which was where that problem was on the right hand, but did effectively treat my left trigger finger thumb.

Bill, assistant, was very professional, nice, efficient and made sure to correct double appointments. Paula Mahan was professional, knowledgable, explained the situation so I could understand/excellent diagnosis, I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends. The xray technicians were incredibly efficient and made me comfortable. Everyone on staff were so professional and made me feel comfortable and trusting of Lee Health. Excellent experience

Paula and her medical assistant were both excellent. Paula did a great job of showing me the X-ray, explaining what was going on with my hand, giving instructions for care and suggesting braces.
