After enduring shoulder pain for many months I reluctantly sought medical help believing the only outcome could be surgery. Paula Mahan, PA studied the X-rays, made a diagnosis and treated the condition with great skill. She explained everything, answered my questions, and relieved my mental anguish. She graciously left the door open for follow-up treatment if I decided it was necessary.

I recently had an at with Dr. Mahan at the Coconut location. It was honestly one of the best medical appointments I have had as an overall experience. Kendall who checked me in was very kind and understanding of my being late - had trouble finding the correct bldg and traffic. They can’t always work someone in under circumstances but that particular time they could. The [ ] was also very good with her instructions and getting me in for [ ]. William, Dr. Mahans assistant was extremely helpful and assuring. Dr. Mahan was professional but approachable, attentive, took her time but also personable - she went U of GA where I was born. The facility too is very nice. Thank you to the entire MAHAN Team that I dealt with!

Paula was very good and I felt comfortable with her from the get-go. She listened to what I had to say about my problem. I think she asked all the right questions and listen to my answers. She did an [ ], and I was anticipating it being [ ]. But it barely hurt at all!!! She explained what the next steps might be if this [ ] at this time. I was quite impressed with her. Bill was very pleasant and thorough. I enjoyed my interaction with him.

The appointment went so well from the front desk, the assistant and the visit with Paula. She explained everything about the [ ] and what she wanted to do to relieve the problem without [ ] at this time. The [ ] was given without any [ ] and she sold me what I should be experiencing as she administered the [ ] and what to expect later. All went as she had explained and I have not experienced any [ ] since the appt on [ ]. I am beyond pleased.
