I’ve been coming to Paula for over 4 years because she is so knowledgeable, professional, and skilled but at the same time warm & friendly. She never seems rushed. Additionally, Medical Assistant Bill is also very professional but also personable, greeting me by name & recalling my last visit.

The appointment went so well from the front desk, the assistant and the visit with Paula. She explained everything about the [ ] and what she wanted to do to relieve the problem without [ ] at this time. The [ ] was given without any [ ] and she sold me what I should be experiencing as she administered the [ ] and what to expect later. All went as she had explained and I have not experienced any [ ] since the appt on [ ]. I am beyond pleased.

I really appreciated the fact that she didn't just write me off even though the [ ] didn't show anything too concerning. She really seemed to care about my [ ], and finding a solution versus just putting a [ ] on and sending me home. I felt heard which I feel isn't too common now days.
