I appreciated that the front desk informed me the dr. was running 30-40 minutes behind schedule due to an unforeseen previous situation. However, she got caught up very quickly and I only waited about 20 minutes. She is a terrific doctor.

Entire Staff was courteous and attentive. Check-in Nurse informed me that there was no co-pay pursuant to my insurance. The Floor Nurse collected my vitals and asked about current [ ]. Dr. MacGuidwin explained [ ]. I was back on road in a hour. I/m very satisfied with the Lee Health Staff.

Dr MacGuidwin had obviously read all the information in my file and was well prepared for questions I had for her. I am very impressed with her knowledge and preparedness.

Dr MacGuidwin is always outstanding. She takes the time to be sure all of my questions are answered. I appreciate the time she gives me - never seems rushed. Her support team is also excellent. Professional but also very friendly. I visit many doctors; I can see the difference!

I think Dr. Mac is amazing. She has wonderful communication skills. She spends enough time with me, but not too much. I never feel rushed. She doesn’t excellent job. I’ve explaining what my issues are and how to take care of them. I think your practice is lucky to have her.

From the waiting room to and through the entire appointment time everyone and everything was efficient and excellent. The friendliness of everyone plus not feeling "rushed" by the doctor makes me feel fortunate to have Dr Mac as my primary doctor.
