Rhonda at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. Javi MA was very good about explaining everything, reviewing everything and was thorough. He also has a great manner as he is providing care. Dr Mac is such a wonderful provider with a reassuring, calm and caring manner. She reviews everything, asks for input and mostly importantly she listens! Truly an asset to Lee Health.

The team of Dr. MacGuidwin, RN Marleen (for the annual wellness test), and the young man (forgot his name) who took vitals, etc -- was 'a well-oiled' machine!!

This was a telemedicine visit. I appreciate the opportunity to stay home and see th doctor. Unfortunately the system did not work. Doctor called on phone. Probably won't do that again.

Dr MacGuidwin helped me so much during this visit. She went over all my test results for my upcoming surgery. I had a lot of anxiety and she helped me with that. She is great and I'm glad she is my doctor.

Dr. MacGuidwin had obviously referred to my medical record & immediately asked for information about an ER visit on 2 days prior. Her questions & recommendation regarding a specialist were thoughtful & were based on my values, as well as provider expertise. Her referral assisted in a quick response from the orthopedic clinic. I appreciate Dr. MacGuidwin's caring manner & professionalism very much & trust her to have my best interest in mind concerning my heath care.

Dr. Macguidwin and her assistant (I believe his name was David) made going to the doctors a pleasure! Dr. Mac is always so thorough in reviewing my labs with me and reviewing all of my current health issues and concerns.

Dr. Mac always makes me feel like I'm her only patient. Not only is she a good listener, but she has a knack of listening to what I mean (as opposed to what I say). She's friendly, upbeat and seems to enjoy her role as my family doctor. And she is truly our family doctor as she sees my husband and my mother as well.

The only thing I can say was that they were very concerned because the elevator in the building was out and I took the stairs, but they were very accommodating and offering to have the doctor come down to me, but I didn't wanna make her do that. I knew I could make it up the stairs and down again and I did. The doctor was very nice and it was super nice for her to offer to come down to see me on the first floor knot in her office, but I wanted to go up to her office because I know she takes all the time I need to go over my issues and I didn't want to take up extra time by making her have to come downstairs even though she was willing to do that
