That it's a shame I can't keep the staff as my primary care team, because I have never felt as cared for by any provider as I did that day by the entire team.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I have to say that I walked out feeling like she was concerned and going to help me get back on track. It has been extremely difficult for me to find a physician since I moved up here during Covid, and was getting very discouraged. She made everything easy, and I feel very confident that by the time I have a regular pcp things will be on track with my health. I'm so grateful for her and the staff.

That Lynnsilee Alvera and the staff is EXCEPTIONALLY good at communicating and made my wife and I feel really comfortable. The best experience that we had visiting any other medical facilities. They're good nature people.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Very professional and caring and good at her job honestly the most caring person in the medical field that I have met she was determined to find the cause of my health issues and she is accomplishing that already in the first day I have been looked at by specialists in the past for the same health issues they ordered blood test after blood test and they couldn’t figure out my issues and she has figured more out about my health in one day than months of appointments and tests from multiple doctors.I have been worried about my health for over two years. I am going to live a longer healthier life thanks to your dedication and knowledge in the health field, thank you so much

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Alvera is a godsend - I’d gone to 4 doctors previously about an ear problem that had been causing me constant trouble, and she was the first one who took my concerns seriously, empathized about the pain and was able to point out the cause, explain the potential solutions, give what care she could and directly refer me to the people who could give more specialized care. Her office even made my dad, who was in the waiting room at the time, some coffee! She and the folks at MyMichigan have been nothing but lovely and I appreciate them all.

The nicest of people work at this office. By far some of the nicest people in general. I was blown away with how nice they are. Definitely gave mehope about medical care again.

Everyone that works in this office are the nicest, most friendly, warmest people i have ever had contact with in the medical field. You can tell that those people actually care about you and want you to be healthy and happy.

What a wonderful experience! I know that sounds silly but they were all great! Down to earth, funny, very personable, and made us feel valued. They are sincere and care much about our health issues🙂

Lynnsilee is amazing at what she does. She takes the time needed to actually get to know and take care of her patients. Very professional and things get done in a timely manner. Extremely lucky to find someone like her in such a demanding profession. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Great people that really seam to care about the patient !! and not about the money they were going to make off them and did not want to shove you out the door as soon as they were done with you . Un like My Michigan Health at the alma and Midland . Not a good experience for me !!!

I would highly recommend her. She is not only an outstanding care provider but she is also a phenomenal person. Her personality is amazing. She’s very kind. I respect her opinions entirely. She is definitely in the right career path. She’s heaven sent. It’s nice to be heard when you’ve been pleading for years to be by someone.

Spends as much time with you as needed. No rush, no 10 minute visit. Thorough exam, didn't leave with unanswered questions. Very happy. Wish she was my primary!
