What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I have had less than satisfactory service in the past at other doctors offices and from my very first appointment with this office I knew they were different and they were listening to my concerns. I'm extremely saddened that this office is closing.

I Will share how Wonderful, Intelligent and empathetic Lynnsilee was, throughout my care! She went Above and Beyond, in every way!! Her caring personality and eagerness to figure out what no one else could was phenomenal!! We were running out of Time very suddenly!! Lynnsilee took matters in her own hands and even called a pharmacy out of town to be able to start me on my meds, immediately! (even a partial order, just to get them started.) I was able to continue treatment at home and monitor my vitals, in case I needed to be admitted!! I noticed the much needed relief and couldn’t believe how much Better I’m feeling already.:) I feel like she is a Goddess and quite frankly, the only one 1️⃣ who ever cared to help me! This has been a dangerous, frustrating, and a long journey!! I’m So thankful that I went to urgent care, not because of the care at all, but the referral to Lynnsilee. I was able to get an appointment the next morning! This is when I got my hope back!!! Thankful!!

This was the very best most educational and absolutely most thorough office visit I’ve ever had. The appointment took all of hour and a half. She was able to pull records from multiple states and sites to come up with a comprehensive plan on how to proceed with my treatments. Usually when you go to a doctor they only want to deal with one problem and you’re told to make another if you have other issues. But all my issues might be linked together and her totally understood that. I wish I could make her my primary physician. I’m extremely grateful and there will be some answers to why I am not [age] and feel like I’m [age] on deaths door. Thank you so much. I’m the most impressed I have ever been in my life.

The best medical care I have been to. Dc Machue went over board to improve my condition both in hospital and sending me home...every RN, tech, we're outstanding people, so willing to go beyond their job to make my stay comfortable.

She’s an excellent provider - she’s worked incredibly hard to cover all the bases and has made it clear the whole time that she’s there and willing to advocate for my health. I have never had a bad experience with her or her office, I would highly recommend!

very professional. Very in depth on my condition. setup testing to look for underlying conditions not looked at in the hospital, wanting to get to the core problem of my condition in order to trat it properly. A very high approval of service recommended.

First drs office I’ve been to where I truly felt cared for. Every single staff member was so professional and kind. My Dr took every concern or issue I have seriously and gave me wonderful care. I really feel like I’m going to be ok now and get things figured out. I’m actually hopeful and feeling in control of my health for the first time in 10 years. Thank you

Lavonna was what every health care provider should be. Her interest in me as a patient and person was exceptional. I have never been treated so well. When I left her office, I had a bounce in my step. When I got home I had to text my family about how she had treated me. I WAS VALUED AS A WHOLE PERSON !!!!

I went in for a recheck for pneumonia from a hospital stay. What I left with was meeting some of the most genuinely caring healthcare providerss I've ever encountered. She listened to me on levels that she had no obligation to, and did so with intent and caring. She helped me moved past some things, and gave me a will to move forward. In my opinion, there's no one in the field like her. I feel greatful for having met her that day, and I hope to do so again.

I highly recommend this doctor. The entire staff has gone above and beyond trying to get me back to my former health level. They held my hand when the pain was beyond intolerable and I felt seen for the first time in a long time.

This provider spent more time with me than I ever had with any physician. I was impressed how thorough she was. She addressed all of my issues. I could not see a doctor to establish primary until mid-October. My Simvanstatin would run out before then. The continuing care set up with this organization is a crucial addition for the high standard of care. Thank you.

I was able to get appointments quickly and with consideration of my schedule. When I had a concern with one of my medications, they were able to efficiently and quickly get the problem narrowed down and solved for me. She also showed she was listening to what I had to say and consideration for what I had to say.

Best medical care I ever received in my life! Very knowledgeable in the medical field and very compassionate. I would trust them with my life. Absolutely no one better. On a scale of 1-10, I would give an 11 or 12. Simply the best!

I can honestly say this was the very best medical care that I have received in my lifetime! Giving a ten would not do justice. There is no comparison. To say the care I received was excellent is not enough. She saved my life. Humble thanks to her and her staff.

She was very nice and explained everything. My only problem with my husband's diagnosis is that it was under treated. His pneumonia got worse and he is now in the hospital in Midland.
