Great service but the CT scan was completed 3 weeks ago and there is still not a report generated on this procedure.

Conversation with dr Smith was very good. She put me at ease, explained the procedures and guided me to a decision.

She was friendly and answered my numerous questions with patience. She was also very detailed in explaining my test results, and next steps. I walked away feeling like I had an awesome team looking out for me.

Abbot Smith & her assistant were very impressive in how they worked with me. Abbot Smith made me feel at ease by explaining the process in detail & answering my questions.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The parking was the only issue. Dr. Abbot's office gave great directions to her area. Parking took several minutes.

The courtesy and the explanation of all the information was wonderful. I really appreciated the time they took to explain things to me and my wife feel very comfortabwell thank you

Abby is very knowledgeable and can explain details of my condition in terms that I can understand. She gave me information on different options I will have in the future and put me at ease with my condition. Very impressed with her professionalism.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing comes to mind regarding improvements. I had a great experience.
