Abby is professional, knowledgeable, kind. She listens and takes her patient’s opinions and feelings into consideration. She researches all of the options, explains the pros and cons of each and asks for feedback. She explains her choices(which may or may not be the same)and why she thinks that option is the best next step. I feel that she listens to me and does her best to understand my issues and concerns.

Abby was excellent during scheduled appointments. It was very difficult to get messages relayed to her. Had quite a time making appointments to discuss upcoming retesting. I simply canceled the testing and it was some time between the cancelation and my appointment to discuss the therapy.

Abby is very understanding and explains everything to you. She is trying to help me with my C-Pap to get me.more comfortable with wearing it and.get better on my numbers. I would tell my family and friends to go to her since I have been happy and like her.

Ms. Is the best. Request her if you want a quality checkup. I never rate of give someone a 10 as the is always room for improvement. She gets a 10! I rate my doctors or NP’s and after one visit with her she is 1 of 3 staff members that are at the top of my list for quality work.

Abby was very knowledgeable in her field. She explained everything ( the sleep study, the information gained from doing the study, the possible solutions for a positive sleep study). She had a lot of information to share. I went for husband to his appointment. I was very impressed. The check person was very helpful as well.

Ms. Smith was very respectful and listened to all of my many concerns. She got to know where I was coming from and my concerns about my sleep issues. She tried so many options to solve my problem but it is a work in progress.

The Dr was good. Trying to get the St home test machine they were very rude and unwilling to work with my schedule so I didn't do the test.

Sure. I was slightly annoyed that after the sleep study was done no one from this office reached out to discuss the results or make a follow up appt. I called after a month, left a message for a call back; after two wks of not hearing back from that msg I had to call again. Apparently while someone was on vacation her duties weren't being covered? I finally did get an appt.
