Abby was very knowledgeable in her field. She explained everything ( the sleep study, the information gained from doing the study, the possible solutions for a positive sleep study). She had a lot of information to share. I went for husband to his appointment. I was very impressed. The check person was very helpful as well.

Ms. Smith was very respectful and listened to all of my many concerns. She got to know where I was coming from and my concerns about my sleep issues. She tried so many options to solve my problem but it is a work in progress.

The Dr was good. Trying to get the St home test machine they were very rude and unwilling to work with my schedule so I didn't do the test.

Sure. I was slightly annoyed that after the sleep study was done no one from this office reached out to discuss the results or make a follow up appt. I called after a month, left a message for a call back; after two wks of not hearing back from that msg I had to call again. Apparently while someone was on vacation her duties weren't being covered? I finally did get an appt.

My only problem was I was told she was ordering me a script for sleep. Pharmacy never got it and when I called to ask about it I left a message and to this point no one has returned my call.

I actually saw Abby Smith, who is a PA. This was my first visit to this office, but I liked Abby. I think she’s known, compassionate and professional. I look forward to working with her again.

Abbott aka Abby, tried to get me a smaller concentrator so that we could travel however our insurance won’t cover it unless I’m on Oxygen 24 seven but she tried really hard and I really appreciate all of her efforts

Ms Abby and her team are wonderful to work with. I can’t say enough great things about Ms Abby she is absolutely amazing and I just love being her patient. Sleep is so important to me and she understands this and is helping me achieve my goals.
