Dr. West was very impressive. This was a first time appointment with a new provider in a new office. Although I had several choices, I selected Renown Dermatology Care because Renown has always provided excellent care to me. Dr. West reinforced that faith. She is competent, friendly, thorough in her examination, knowledgeable, did not seemed rushed, and gave me opportunities to ask any questions I might have. I dreaded starting over with a new dermatologist in a new office after having visited the same office for about ten years, but now I'm glad I made the change.

[ ]. That’s something that you don’t find much these days in customer service and even some health care, so I found her eye contact to feel very warm and welcoming. I felt heard and she explained everything very well.

She listened to all my concerns about my skin care. Explain to me all the different kinds of moles and skin tags. Gave me information to take home with me. I would recommend her highly.

Dr. West is outstanding. She is so thorough and she listens. She’s all about me when I’m there and even when I’m not I am so lucky that I have her as my doctor. I actually feel very blessed. She’s awesome.

Dr. West was very reassuring about my minor procedure, she was friendly and personable and explained everything that was happening as she was performing the surgery. She was professional and I felt I was in excellent hands. I’m glad I have Dr. West as my dermatologist!

Dr. West provided excellent care and answered all my questions. She provided options for me to choose which treatment to do. If I were to need to see her again once the biopsy results come in, I would.

The entire staff from the doctor down five stars. I was in emergency medical tech years and years ago. I have never seen this much attention to detail and extreme professional staff as you people have. I am proud to be a member.

She was very focused on all my thoughts and concerns. She is doing a [ ] I had previously had [ ] but it did not go away. That was just 2 days ago so it's too soon to get [ ]. Lindsey West is my permanent dermatologist. She's wonderful.
