Lindsey Pulcer, F.N.P.-B.C., M.S.N.

This office is full of staff that is very caring. Shows a great deal of respect and compassion. My biggest complaint is that they are a go between clinic, and are not a primary provider.

Lindsay has given my Brother amazing care, she always asks for our input. I am so glad he has Lindsay as his care provider. The staff has been awesome as well.

I was very impressed with her operation all the way through everything I did. Everyone was so pleasant and quick didn't have to wait for anything and I now have a primary and gladwin clinic

I have not had insurance so I was very grateful for the chance to get help. They were very accommodating and helpful

Nobody really asked me about how I had been doing in regards to what had brought me to the hospital. They read my test results and decided on a course of treatment without any follow up information

She is amazing!! She needs a raise and some recognition for being such a caring and amazing individual. She took all of my needs and cared for them, she never made me feel anything short of respected and heard. Her office staff was amazing too answering any questions I had and just being overall kind when I saw them. I honestly wish Lindsey could be my primary care provider because she’s that great. Please make sure to share this with her because she needs to know how absolutely amazing she is and grateful that she was able to help me!

Lindsey Pulcer is excellent! She was so kind and thorough. I felt listened to and respected and not rushed at all which is sometimes how doctor appointments can be. The RN was also so kind and respectful as well. The receptionist at the desk was also so kind, respectful, and helpful and answered my questions about the lab.

What could have been done to improve your experience?

The wait was not long but if there was anything to improve I suppose the wait in the waiting room could have been shorter. But it truly was not an issue.
