What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Lindsey is the absolute best. Kind, caring, compassionate and understands the oath of “do no harm”. I wish she would have her own practice with other free thinking medical professionals.

Providers are great, office is great but the girl at the front desk is 1. Hard to hear because she talks so quiet 2. Kind of acts like you're an inconvenience to her day 3. Could be much more welcoming and may want to try smiling once in a while. Doesn't seem like the type of "cheery" person I'd want representing the office upon a patients arrival. I've been there twice over the last year and both times it was the same.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
This is my #1 urgent care to go to, not just because it's close by, but because of the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I recently saw Lindsey Elias, and as in previous visits, she provides outstanding care. She really listens and ask questions to get the patient's input. When I see her in the office, I know I will be seen in a timely manner, receive excellent care, and leave with a full understanding of follow up or continued care of issue. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I went to urgent care. I am from Detroit metro area visiting Saginaw. I went to My Mich because I have had medical treatment at u of m. I was very very impressed w the clinic and Lindsay! This includes the staff. They were great and they took care of everything in a professional manor. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone in the Tri City area.

I went to urgent care twice & emergency once!! I ‘am still in pain! Not happy!!

I had to come in twice that day, for a rash. First in the morning, I received a shot. She promised if the shot didn’t do the trick for the itch, I could come back in and get the prednisone pills. Which I needed to do by 5 PM that day because the itch had not stopped, I was very pleased with how quickly they got my prescription called in and I could start taking it..
