Dr. Was excellent!!!!! However I saw him at Urgent Care and most of these questions were not appropriate for that type of visit. I would tell my friends and family they would get excellent care if they could see him at Urgent Care. The staff there were VERY kind.

The waiting room was full so they let my child and I waited in our car until they were ready for us. This was nice instead of having to stand awkwardly while not feeling good

I'm apprehensive about medical doctors, but I really liked him! He treated me and my special needs daughter with respect. I really appreciate that.

He is very kind and knowledgeable. We’ve been trusting him with our healthcare needs for many years. Many members of my family see him when they’re sick. He’s a wonderful healthcare provider!

I saw him at urgent care. He explained how to take the medication in detail and provided other important information that was important for me to know. Also he looked at me and listened. He didn't spend all his time at the computer.

Dr. Kenneth M. is the best doctor I've ever met in Saginaw Michigan. He explained medical condition of child and how to help to heal in a very understandable way. He is a very intelligent and knowledgeable person who you can trust. I'm so blessed to have the privilege to be treated by him.

Took father to urgent care, wait time was minimal. Information had to be put into computer which took the longest. Pleasant experience, liked Dr M a lot. Would return if needed.

Dr. MacKinnon is the best physician I’ve ever had care from. At one time he was my PCP, now I always consider myself lucky if he’s available at Urgent Care when I need it.

This was my first time utilizing mymichigan urgent care. From the moment I checked in until I exited the doors, everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease.

The doctors and PAs there are always kind and professional. The whole staff treats patients with respect. I always get good care when I go there, and they always follow up with me the next day to see how I’m doing.

Dr. MacKinnon is always very kind, calm and informative! He never makes me feel as though I am malingering! (However, on this last visit, he was certain that I had a UTI - but the culture proved otherwise! :(

He has been a phenomenal doctor for not only myself but my children and husband as well. We have all been a patient in the urgent care at one point or another and he is by far the best.
