Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and caring. They made me feel comfortable and taken care of the entire time. I truly appreciate how patient and attentive they were.

Willing to help out when we’re late for an appointment and was able to go in urgent care due being late.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Sometimes having an appointment has to make do on few minutes late because having to get your spouse out of the car into a wheelchair to try make on time for an appointment

Dr. MacKinnon was very respectful and responsive to my needs. nurse Penny was very friendly and great personality and helpful getting me ready for the procedure. Both had good bedside manners and were professional.
