You Dr and your staff are not very friendly it is all business !!! I had an appointment at 9:30 well there was an accident and I called to see if I needed to change my appointment The young man in his flat low voice stated as long as I was there before 9:45 I arrived 9:36. Very upset as I suffer from depression The nurse handed me a box of tissue and left When the Dr came in she informed that I should go to the emergency room However I was able to calm down and continue with appointment.Before the visit was over the Dr let me know that I had caused her to be behind in her work . I am currently looking for a new Rheumatologist

The people who work there. The receptionist is fantastic: professional, helpful; and courteous. Dr. O spent as much time as needed and explained everything thoroughly.

Appointment was changed several times due to new physician. While the doctor spent a good deal of time, I felt like she knew some things about me but then other times she did not. She kept giving facts without really getting to know me and my story with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Didn't even realize that the dermatologist is managing my skin issues. A confusing and nothing new appointment.

Referred to this doctor as the other doctor left Baptist. During the visit, incorrect information were discovered about my medical history. Not sure why this happened. It should be investigated.

She actually listened. I was so scared to go to this appointment because of everyone telling me she was a very rude person. I personally didn't see that. She was very quiet and very much focused and direct and yo the point. I have been so sick and miserable and have felt over looked for a very long time. This doctor actually agreed to run some tests. Which went a long way with me. Thank you so much.

Dr. O is awesome. She does a very thorough exam at each appointment and offers suggestions on how I can improve my RA. I love her medical assistance. She is very friendly and answers all of my questions.
