Dr Joseph Klink is by far the best urologist/oncologist physician I have ever visited. His diagnosis and treatment were accurate, concise and understandable. His surgical skills were exceptional and the TURP procedure he conducted went exactly as he said it would. My healing has been miraculous. The purpose of my TURP was: (1) To stop reseeding of bacteria In my prostate so my frequent UTIs would discontinue as I was becoming sensitive to many antibiotics with potential for sepsis, and (2) To reduce or eliminate the use of intermittent catheters. Thus far there is no known bacteria growth after 15 days - praise God! I am now able to void a little after 10 years of inability to void on my own due to my severe BPH. It is a miraculous that I can void some again. The extensive TURP reduced my prostate size in half. Dr Klink's follow up was also thorough, answering questions about what to expect next and he has been 109% accurate. Thank you Dr Klink, his anesthesia team and Lee Health for a job well done!

Everyone at this office is very kind and friendly. There is actually no wait time compared to other offices. I've visited over the past couple of months. Kaytlin and Dr. Klink, listen to all my concerns and took time to explain and review everything with me. Overall, it was a great experience.

I don't remember the PA's name, but she came in before Dr. Klink and spent quite a bit of time talking with me. Her medical knowledge was outstanding and I felt she cared about my well being Dr. Klink is an amazing Physician and I am so blessed to have him caring for me.

Drr Klink pac Caiitlin [ ] ; Appointment was with Dr [ ] he was unavailable due to em surgery. Agreed to see The pac. She brought in Dr Klink who she ask to address my concerns as this was my first visit . Appreciated that she did that. They both were great. Went over everything with me and I am going to have a biopsy. I would highly recommend Lee urology to all. The last experience I had with an other urologist was a disaster. This was a blessing for me to have had this kind of concern and care for my health situation.

The reception staff was very friendly and polite. All of them. The nurses that took care of me were very professional and caring. Dr Klink is an exceptional doctor. I have highly recommended him to many friends who have had surgeries by him.

This survey limits rating responses to just "very good." We ought to be able to reply "Excellent." Not including "Excellent" as a rating choice is a disservice to all the great people in Dr. Klink's Office for whom I'd rate all "Excellence in Customer Service."
