Everyone is always so welcoming, friendly and kind. The Doctor is just amazing; listening intently and offering alternatives. The Doctor was running slightly behind so a nurse offered me water and apologized for the delay. Then the Doctor also apologized for his delay. Wow!!

I had thrown my back out and was in a great deal of pain and needed to see a doctor as soon as possible. Dr. Smetko got me in the following morning. She gave me an exam and the necessary medications and had me feeling better within days. I never feel rushed by her, she's very thorough and goes over everything with me to ensure I am comfortable with the information she provides. She understands when a patient is in pain and is sympathetic. I highly recommend Dr. Smetko.

Dr. Subnaik was warm and friendly showing concern and congratulated me on my weight loss. He explained my options and I know what I need to do to be eligible for getting a proceedure on my back. He was very encouraging and at every visit he keeps my hopes up that someday soon I will be in a better position for the treatment I need. He is by far the best pain management physician I have ever had. He is always in demand which tells me that others think highly of him also.

The entire support staff wear magnificent. During checking, During preparation for my procedure, and of course Dr. Subnaik and his team made sure I understood each step of the procedure which included when pain was to be expected. Flawless procedure and post procedure care!!!!

I was very happy with first visit to this office. The Dr. Was very thorough and went all through the test results and showed me everything. She Even took time to call another doctor. The nurse did a great job.She even caught me going out the elevator to give me some paperwork that I missed when I left. Overall Very happy with this office, the employees and the doctor.

Dr. Subnaik cared for me during my visit as a person and not a number. This is something lost in the medical field these days and it made me leave the office with hope for my condition. His staff was so welcoming even offering me coffee for my early appointment which has never happened at any other medical appointment. The small things that were said and done at my appointment elevated them all as professionals who care personally.
