I liked that Natalie took a look at the file and knew what was going on with this patient before meeting with us;; that was professional and builded a trust rapport. She explained really well and answered our questions with patience.

Dr Philipps and his office staff at the Naples office are amazing! He takes the time to listen and we appreciate that about him since we come from over 1hr & 45 min away to see him! He is awesome! His MA Alyssa is also very sweet and made us feel very comfortable! Thank you for the wonderful care!

Dr. Phillipps is amazing. He actually talked directly to my son and explained things. My son felt empowered and encouraged when he left. He made a true connection. Everyone in the office was genuinely kind and professional. I feel so grateful we have access to such exceptional care. Thank you all.

My son was feeling anxious about his apt. and the nurses made him feel welcome, safe, and comfortable right away! He really liked the dr. I felt like Dr. Phillipps was patient and took time to listen and properly diagnose my son. I was impressed with his attention to detail, and with him wanting to see my son again in 4 months to make sure he’s transitioning well into his new school. Excited to have answers and a great team rooting for my son!

I have been seeing Dr. Phillips for both 9f my boys for years always very patient and addresses all my concerns and helps with a medical plan and goal . I'm very blessed to have him and all the staff.

Our experience with Natalie Williams is always exceptional. Natalie is extremely professional, caring and easy to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to refer family and friends' children to this office. The front desk staff are also competent, helpful and above all kind and patient. Thank you all for making a very difficult situation for my son and I easier to understand, manage and treat. [ ]

Dr Stroud is an excellent neurologist who always takes time to listen and Treat his patience with the utmost care. I would run recommend Dr Stroud to anybody who is in need of a neurologist.

From the receptionist, the nurse and the actual Doctor Stroud, we received the best treatment possible. They were all very attentive and made us feel like family. Would recommend this practice 100% as they are one of the best, if not the best!!!

I was very impressed with Dr. Stroud. He did not seem rushed, listened to my concerns as well as my daughters. He gave us options to consider with next steps. Nurse was also caring. Didn’t have to wait long to schedule appt.

I was so happy with our visit with Natalie. My daughter has had a lot of issues recently that caused me to be very anxious. We were very pleased to report improvement at her follow up. Natalie was very happy with us and shared in our joy. She really cares about her patients and I look forward to seeing her again. My daughter and I loved her. What a wonderful provider!

I really loved Dr.Natalie it was so easy to talk to her and get information without hesitation about my son’s health. I wish there were more Doctor’s I can connect with like her!! Dr. Philipps has been a great change in mine and Adens life. Him and his team are always on top of everything. And ensures us that everything is going ok. And has been a great support and gives a lot of knowledge of my son’s health issues. Before coming to him I felt [ ] with our last doctor. But I feel like he is there with us every step. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Stroud for alot of years. I find Dr. Stroud to be one of the kindest doctors that I have the pleasure of treating my daughter. He is always very patient, accommodating thorough he always greet us with a warm smile. My daughter is [ ] but Dr Stroud has always been able to get her engaged in our visits with him. I can't genuinely saw enough about Dr Stroud he is simply just one of a kind. I don't know what we would've done without Dr. Stroud

Dr. French has been outstanding with explaining our son’s diagnosis and treatment. She is very informative and her tone is calm and takes her time with us, I never feel rushed. My questions and concerns are always answered and reassured. We feel lucky to have her as [ ]’s neurologist.
