Dr. French is always on time, and she listens and explains things thoroughly and gives opinions, talks through the pros and cons and you leave feeling confident.

Natalie always goes above and beyond to listen and address all of our concerns. She is phenomenal at meeting my daughter at her level with explanations.

Dr. French is the best of the best. I've had a spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury, so I'm familiar with the field. Neurologist aren't known for the nicest of bedside manners, but she shatters that stereotype. I love her like family and if I was under the age of 20, I'd want her as my care provider. She even called me the following morning with a suggestion of how I could obtain a coupon to reduce my copay from $100 to $10. Above and beyond the call of duty.

Dr.Stoud has been nothing but great! He looks at Mias history and catches up on whats been going on with her medically but also so caring! His bedside manner towards Mia is so rare and I am so grateful to continue having the honest and amazing care he has provided through out the years.

I had a 9 AM TeleMed with Dr. Stroud. After getting through the technological difficulties, it was a good meeting. We reviewed my son's seizure medication's, and are attempting to get them in 90 day supplies. We will see what Medicaid and CVS are able to approve and accomplish In this regard

Dr was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of my son's care. I was impressed with him! He took a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions and more.

Christine & the other lady at the front desk are wonderful. They are very professional & very kind. And Dr Stroud and his team are the absolute best! My son has a seizure later the same day after we saw the doctor &Maddie & the rest of the team worked together to get my messages through to the doctor in a timely matter. I'm grateful for everyone's support!

All of the staff members are very pleasant here. The medical assistant is outstanding. She has shown empathy and compassion both times we've visited the office. I don't know her name, but you never forget the face of someone who shows kindness. Dr. Gilson is the same way. I always leave feeling heard and understood. And that mg child's health matters to this office.

Natalie Williams. She was exceptional. It was finally a relief to see a Dr about the ongoing issues. Most of them tell us nothing is wrong because the tests don't show anything. But there so is something very wrong.

Dr stroud has been amazing with my daughter over the last year. Him and his staff have always been very responsive and helpful with guiding us as she is past the level of care in fort Myers. We are so thankful for everything they have done this past year for her.

Dr. Stroud gave us all video appointments which was so kind of him instead of rescheduling us. He is exceptional and brilliant. He listened to my child. He listened to me and I feel it was as thorough a visit as if we had been in the office.

Dr. French is the kindest, most efficient and understanding doctor I think I have ever met! She is so patient with my son and she's extremely personable with myself, the parent. She did NOT hesitate do get us in for a much earlier appointment once my sons results came back from a test she requested to be done. She got us in that same week and it was a week with a holiday in it too! She absolutely could have just waited until after the holidays but the receptionist called me the very next morning following the test to get us an apt ASAP to go over results. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and I'm SO grateful my son has her as his doctor! She deserves so much because she's not your "a-typical" doctor by any means! Thank you Dr. French for loving what you do and for putting your heart into everything you do for your patients. We need more people like you!

His doctor, dr. French. At no point did we feel rushed, all of our questions were answered. She was personable and put us at ease with our concerns that we came in with.

Natalie has a wonderful whole body approach (i get this from the provider Dr [ ] as well) That is most important to ME ALSO that our Health Care providers treat us as entire humans. Thank you! She gave great advice on managing her headaches at school and what is/isn't considered a reason to go home from school- that conversation she had w her about not coming home bc of a headache has helped her push through and stay the remainder of the day.

I was very impressed with the flow of the office. I am a supervisor a few suites down and was so pleased to see great teamwork and all of the staff was very friendly. The doctor was absolutely excellent in every way. The medical assistant and the CSR's were also great!

Eastons doctor Natalie is genuinely one of a kind. The face that she actually interacts and plays with him is amazing. She got on his level and talked to him and asked him questions about what he was trying to say.i can't say I've ever had this good of a doctor patient reaction. She's a heaven sent
