I have to say that this is my first visit to a primary care office since moving here and I have done nothing but rave about my experience there with the staff with the provider Carmen! Felt so welcomed and taken care of by all aspects after my appointment, I would highly highly recommend Carmen and the practice to anyone

My visit with Dr Cervantes and his staff was an excellent experience from getting the appt, check in, wait time, and meeting with the Dr. His staff were friendly and professional. Julie helped us get what we needed ahead of the appt. Dr Cervantes was a breath of fresh air. He came prepared for my appt, understood my situation, and addressed my concerns. We finally have a path forward and I feel I am in very good hands. Future appts are booked. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend Dr Cervantes and his staff.
