Nobody has EVER explained to me as well as Pam had what my medical problems is, how it is being monitored, and how it is being treated. She not only used the words but explained to me the fact mages of my lungs. Pam also demonstrated how to is nasal spray and why as an ell as inhaler. She is an EXceptional patient educator and a caring, knowledgeable health giver.

She gave me ann explanation that was great regarding my current lung status. Good tips for managing my hernia as well. She educated me on amounts to eat and when to let it digest before lying down to rest. She could be a wonderfully informative teacher.

Jessica was excellent in helping me with the breathing test. Pamela provides excellent care and listens carefully to all concerns, and explains everything very clearly. I highly recommend her.

I visited Pam Ledward for chronic COPD and lung nodules. She made me feel comfortable and listened carefully to my concerns. She asked thoughtful questions and explained my diagnosis and test results in a way that was easy to understand. She is an excellent communicator, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled provider.

Dr. Ledward is a fantastic Dr. She saw me immediately and was very concerned about my condition. She went over my plan of action and explained everything I needed to do and made sure I understood what I needed to do. She was very concerned about my condition. She is an excellent practitioner and I would recommend her highly.

Outstanding is the whole staff group , starting from the front desk to the PA. I will give a 20 to Ms. Pamela, she is extremely knowledgeable about her field . Lee Health should be more than happy to have her as part of the system , not too many .

Pamela is exceptional in every aspect of her care. She takes the time to explain problems and solutions. She is kind with an authentic concern for my well-being. I have been dealing with a complex mychobacteria infection for almost a year having had surgery to remove it and been under the care of infectious disease and no one has taken the time to explain to me how I might have acquired it and that it could be in my lungs and attributable to some of my breathing issues. But Pamela explained the infection, possible origin and ordered tests. I have been seeing her for a number of years and Lee Health is fortunate to have someone with her knowledge and compassion on staff. I wish all of my providers delivered her level of knowledge and care.
