I appreciate the welcoming attitude of the staff at this office. Each of the staff I have encountered have been caring and personable. I never feel rushed there, yet feel they make the best use of their time and mine. I believe that Pam sets the tone . She remains positive and professional at the same time. I always leave the office with a more positive attitude than when I came In.

From the check in person, to the nurse, and Pamela, I give an A++. Courteous, friendly, yet professional. Never mind coming for an appointment here. I feel very at ease. And my questions are always addressed. While Pamela' specialty is pulmonary, I wish she could be my Primary Care!!

Pamala is always extremely great at explaining medical information so that I can understand much easier. She also is extremely good at listening. I don't feel rushed and I'm confident in her care. Her staff are professional and caring as well.
