The MA was great with Mom to do her vitals and EKG, and accommodating to us for room selection and seating arrangements. Dr. Le was excellent and spent time with us to further explain current findings, treatment plan, and future treatment plans and options.

Dr Le and Dr [ ] are the 1st doctors to actually sit down and listen to me, and talk about my issues. And nurse Charlene was probably the most experienced nurse in blood draw, got the vein 1st try with no issues (most nurses have to try 4 or 5 times for reference on my case)
