Had not been able to get my labs ordered before my appointment. I called and the man on the phone And the staff were so helpful in getting me into the lab so I could recieve my lab work before my appointment and could review them with the doctor. I really appreciated their efforts.

Sharodra, the receptionist was very nice. She acknowledged me and apologized for a situation in the waiting room that was cause by another patient. She nor did anyone else cause the problem. The patient was just being rude and blocked the door way. But I appreciate Sharrodra's acknowledgment of the situation.

There was big confusion on my prescription and how it needed to be sent. My care team and doctor worked together to solve the issue. I was very happy with the outcome.

I understand the only other Dr at this office has resigned. So for Dr. Le to still deliver the level of commitment to service that I observed, is to be commended. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. All in all a very pleasant experience.
