I had seen Layna before and sometimes I walk out feeling she didn't care. I haven't seen her in awhile and felt at this appointment she really cared and was concerned. She called me to explain my situation and I had a few questions which she took her time answering. I was very impressed with how I felt she cared, listened, and was concerned.
