Appointment was on time. Medical Assistant, Cathy was extremely friendly and very calming. Sometimes going to the doctor can stress me out. Dr. Prostrollo as always easy to talk with, and listened to my opinions. In the past, I have had quick responses to my messages both emails and telephone voicemails. Front office very pleasant and always works with my schedule.

The doctors, nurses, and staff are all friendly and efficient at the same time. I don’t feel like a number, and I’ve always experienced normal wait times and on time appointments which is a rarity anymore. I just like how it feels to come in to the doctor for routine things - it’s a good group.
