Caring doctor and staff. Follow through. Convenient location. Easy to talk to staff who are actually there in the office. Not having to call a bot or foreign country for an answer.

I’ve had a very positive experience with my primary care doctor, Dr. Lauren Prostrollo. She is kind, attentive, and genuinely listens to my needs and concerns. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and she always takes the time to answer my questions and make sure I feel heard and comfortable. I really appreciate the level of care and attention she provides and would highly recommend her.

Friendly and efficient, plus they answer all of my questions and provide me with the documents I need for future appointments. Dr. Prostrollo is a fabulous DO and I recommend her to everyone. What a great team. Couldn't get any better.

Dr. Prostrollo is wonderful ! She is thorough, kind, an excellent listener, and doesn't make me feel rushed. She does an excellent job.
Her medical assistant, Fatima, is very nice also.
