The doctors, nurses, and staff are all friendly and efficient at the same time. I don’t feel like a number, and I’ve always experienced normal wait times and on time appointments which is a rarity anymore. I just like how it feels to come in to the doctor for routine things - it’s a good group.

I adore Jennifer and Dr. Prostrollo! I've not had issues being seen, I feel like I'm listened to and taken care of as a whole person. The front desk crew are also fantastic, and that experience alone can destroy even the best physician/patient relationships. Aside from the high allowances it costs me, I'm very pleased with my care and these professionals.

The office was clean, neat, and orderly. Check-in process was easy, both via text and in-person. Nurse was engaging, interested, and answered my questions. Dr. Prostrollo listened intently and notated everything I discussed so a detailed recap was available via the portal system. Wait time was within a few minutes of my appointment time. I didn't feel rushed throughout the whole process. So far, the experience at this office has been very positive.
