Laura just is easy to talk to about any health concern. She is thorough. I always leave my appointment feeling better than when I first walked into my appointment.

Appointment started late. I made sure to be at the office ahead of my scheduled time (8 am) to fill out any paperwork. I was not called until about 8:10. Not sure how the office could already be behind when I was the first appointment of the day.

I feel that we are fortunate that Dr. Laura Schultz came to Waterloo Clinic! To me, she is everything anyone would want in a doctor that is very caring.

I think that the Nurse Practitioner has much more one on one daily patient experience than a M.D. who makes his rounds and is gone. I think this shows up in the way Laura Schultz treats her patients.

I made the decision to switch from my doctor in my town to driving 20 minutes away to see Dr Schultz because I felt more comfortable and more involved and informed. She and her staff care about the people they care for. I’m moving away from this area soon, but will continue my care with Dr Schultz.
