The nurse was amazing! She was listened to any concerns I had and relayed them to the doctor to address. She was very nice and explained everything she was doing while [ ], etc. The doctor was amazing at explaining things and answering any questions we had. He helped to ease my [ ] and reassured me that [ ] was doing well and we were doing well caring for him in his first 5 days of life.

The nurse went out of her way to answer my questions prior to the apt. She gave me recomendations on [ ] to help my daughter with perspiring. And [ ] recommendations. My daughter had an apt same time as my son.

Everyone in this office is absolutely wonderful. I have nothing negative to say. Dr. Lastra is very knowledgeable and caring pediatrician. I feel at peace taking my son here.

I'm so sorry I can't recall the names of the office staff, nurse/assistant, but along with Dr.Lastra, each of them, (on the phone and in person) were very helpful, friendly, courteous, professional, took the time to converse, made us feel comfortable with the exam/prescribed treatment. Overall a very good experience for my son and I.
