I had an excellent experience with pediatrician Alexander Lastra and nurse Liza. Both were very professional, attentive, and kind during my daughter's visit. The doctor took the time to clearly explain everything and answer all my questions without rushing, which gave me great peace of mind as a mother.Nurse Liza was also very caring and patient, treating my daughter gently and always with a respectful attitude.Overall, I felt well cared for, listened to, and confident throughout the entire visit. I would definitely recommend their service for their compassionate approach and high quality of care.

Dr. Lastra has been an incredible pediatrician to our family-kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and always willing to truly listen. He takes the time to explain things thoroughly, never makes you feel rushed, and genuinely cares about his patients and families.What makes this office even more special is the amazing staff. From the RNs and MAs to the front desk/CSR team, everyone works so hard to make families feel supported and cared for. They are kind, patient, welcoming, and always do their best to help, even during busy times. Dr. Lastra is nothing short of excellent! He is always very thorough and thoughtful during our appointments. He is diligent about my children's care plans, and always takes the initiative to order necessary tests, X-rays, blood work etc. Dr. Lastra listens to your concerns and is always willing to find a solution to the issue at hand. His bedside manner is impeccable and I am truly comforted knowing my children are in safe and loving hands. We are so blessed to have Dr. Lastra as our pediatrician!

Outstanding PediatricianDr. Lastra is an exceptional physician and one of my favorite pediatricians within Lee Health. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and his bedside manner is truly unmatched. He currently cares for two of our children, and we will be transitioning our third to him as well because of the trust and confidence we have in his care.It is rare to find a doctor who genuinely listens and demonstrates such compassion and dedication. We wish there were more physicians who care for their patients the way he does. He is truly an exceptional human being.The office staff is also wonderful-always kind, patient, and helpful.
