Dr L. was wonderful.. She was very informative, understanding, and compassionate. My husband stated he felt very comfortable. We would highly recommend Dr L to anyone experiencing memory issues.

I’ve never been with a doctor like Dr Larrazaleta. She wanted to know why I came there and what caused me to come there, and then she came up with a plan, that would give us some information and go from there. I felt that she truly wanted to help me and made sure that if I had any questions and not hesitate to call her. He is a very caring doctor.

Dr. Christina that interviewed me is excellent with her people skills. I felt completely at ease in answering her questions, and she intently listened to my responses. I can’t say enough great things about her work ethics.

Dr. Larrazaleta is excellent. She is very knowledgeable with great communication skills. She is patient and listens to all of your questions. She is sincerely caring. I would recommend her and her related staff without hesitation.

The entire staff was wonderful. Before my retirement I was a practice manger for physician groups for over 40 years and truly loved it.

We now have support and direction for the care and wellbeing of both Glenn and me his care giver. Some days seem impossible but there are now resources available should we need them. Thank you

From the moment I walked in to the time leaving, everyone I interacted with was friendly, thorough and helpful. The whole visit was overall the best experience I have ever had at a Lee Health facility so kudos to the whole staff!

The front desk staff were wonderful. Dr. Larrazaleta Farjardo was amazing. I taught at public health and medicine at [ ]. She is one of the best practitioners in my life long experience. I also offer a shout out to my primary care physician Dr. [ ] for being an advocate for getting the appointment 8 months earlier than was scheduled. Lee Health is very lucky to have both of these fabulous physicians on your team.

I am the daughter of the patient who is unable to answer, so I will answer for her. Dr. Larrazaleta is the best doctor we’ve ever seen because of the knowledge, the caring and the way she sees all aspects of her condition to best improve her health. She treated her as a family member and I felt confident with all the answers and resources she gave us to take better care of my mom. I believe she’s an excellent doctor.

Dr. Larrazaleta Fajardo was amazing with my mother, [NAME]. Extremely courteous and patient. She understands the complexity of the mind and was able to educate my mother and I in terms we understood. We both learned a lot and didn't feel rushed by her. My mother commented when we left that she really took her time to get to know her! It seemed important to the doctor to get it right. Very appreciative. Gladys was amazing and kind to my mother as well.
