Lee at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. Petra was my nurse and she very sweet with me. Sarah drew my blood and she was very patient. I tend to get really nervous and I mentioned it to her and she was very patient didn't rush and made me feel comfortable. She talked to me to distract me and it helped.

Both the people who helped me were excellent. They listened to what I was saying and explained why I was feeling that way.

Maylin Lara is an excellent clinician. I have some healthcare experience myself and so can identify when a clinician "knows their stuff." Such Is the case with Maylin Lara. She has identified issues and made recommendations that physicians in the past hadn't done. I have 100% confidence in her and I don't say that about every healthcare professional.

Maylin Lara, nurse practitioner, was not rushed and spent more time with me than expected. Often medical providers are rushed and it shows that they are trying to get to then next patient.
