Erin is always amazing! She takes time to listen to me, demonstrates empathy and concern, and formulates a treatment plan WITH me, not just for me. She is courteous, professional, and kind. She is extremely knowledgeable in primary care. I would highly recommend her! The MA who also provided care was highly skilled and kind. They are a great team!

Erin Lake has been a long time steady practitioner for me and has taken the time to know my complicated health issues so well and makes me feel so confident that she knows what is going on and is treating my issues so well. I have been coming to this office since it's inception with Dr. Young. So many doctors and practitioners I have had have come and gone and she has been there the entire time and I feel very fortunate to be associated with her.

The Physician was excellent. She took the time to listen to me did not rush the appointment. She diagnosed my health concerns and provided solutions including prescriptions. She had an excellent bedside manner. She made me feel very comfortable
