Erin is a superior medical professional. She has extraordinary listening and oral communication skills. Explains everything in clear language, carefully chosen words and then inquires if any questions remain. Her goal is quite obviously a fully informed patient/partner. She is attentive and anticipates potential situations, problems or concerns that could arise. I have a family history of breast. cancer (mother and maternal aunt...developed in both in their 70's,..took my mother's life) I have [ ] and she is the first professional to suggest an abbreviated [ ]. She ordered an [ ]. I am 72 and Erin conducted the best physical that I can remember . Please take care of this highly competent and very valuable professional and employee.

Erin Lake is outstanding! She listens, gives sound advice. I never feel rushed. Even though my appointment was the last one of the day, she never rushed through it and was thorough in her exam.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. The only improvement would be having outside doors that open automatically - the door was heavy and awkward to open with a [ ]. Otherwise the building itself was easy to enter, had elevators, etc. and so ADA friendly!

Erin Lake is always outstanding. I am not the easiest of patients. Erin always listens to what I have to say and provides excellent information about whatever my current issue is. She provides alternative care recommendations if I hesitate with her initial recommendation. She is kind and caring. I actually enjoy visiting the office knowing she will be providing me with any care I may require.

I’m 78 and Erin Lake is by far the best medical provider I’ve had the pleasure working with. As a matter of fact the entire team at this office is top notch!!! My husband is now a patient there—- they always respond to my messages in a timely manner—- never have had an issue scheduling an appointment—- My Chart in my opinion is the best patient portal around.

Erin Lake is an absolute joy to see for any concern. She is knowledgeable friendly and thorough. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked for appointments on Thursday that she had an opening Friday. Everyone I interacted with was fabulous. Keep smiling and having fun. Happy holidays

Always a great experience with Erin and the staff. [ ] had been challenging, Erin changed [ ], near perfect readings since then. She always takes the time to listen, to hear, and advise.
