Always a great experience with Erin and the staff. [ ] had been challenging, Erin changed [ ], near perfect readings since then. She always takes the time to listen, to hear, and advise. She has from day one been open to my thoughts regarding my health care. The staff is equally supportive. It’s always a pleasant experience.

Erin Lake is a godsend--one of the most professional health care providers I have known in my 75 years. She is knowledgeable, kind, provides clear answers and is quick to respond to E-Chart questions, to provide lab result input, or to give referrals. I feel listened to, respected, and never rushed. I give her my very highest recommendation.

Erin Lake is such a knowledgeable and caring practitioner. She did my annual checkup and it was the most thorough and educational check up I have ever had. She took the time to review my file and discuss all my questions. She really cares for her patients and their wellbeing. Excellent experience!

Erin learns and understands the patient (me) on a very personal level that is the way that all doctors should work to know and understand their patients. You are with her as if she is taking care of family. I pay $ significantly more $ each month to keep Erin's office in my network - it is money very well spent ! Your staff is exceptional. I just can’t help but Wonder how you can keep current Staff. Perhaps you need to focus more on retaining current staff. I’ve been through so many OB/GYN doctors and now two primary care Physicians. Lee Health Care recruits exceptional staff but can’t seem to keep them. Perhaps spend some time and effort on coming up with a plan on how to retain the staff. I’ve worked for over 40 years in a huge educational system and trust me. It’s less expensive to maintain Current staff

Erin always makes me feel comfortable and listens to what I have to say. I don't feel rushed and I'm given the time to share my thoughts and concerns. The whole staff at Dr [ ] office is friendly and courteous, and that's why I've remained a patient for going on ten years, and recommend them to friends and family.
