Erin Lake is amazing! I have been seeing her for 10 years. Even though a have a doctor I could see 5 minutes away, I make the hour drive.

I have been going to this practice for over 9 years. My PCP, Dr. York, recently retired and I wasn't sure whether I would have to find a new practice or be satisfied with one of the other physicians. When I found out that I could choose Erin Lake as my provider I was very happy. I had previously seen her most of the time and I can't say enough about how well she listens and always has my best interest in mind. As long as I can keep Erin as my provider, I am sure that I won't even think of looking for another.

Erin Lake & her MA, Olivia, are a "well-oiled" team that I have been receiving my care from for almost 10 years. They are respectful, caring & competent. Erin listens & makes sure my input is solicited on treatments & medications.

Erin Lake is dedicated, hard working, and kind. She goes above and beyond to help me. Her knowledge of drugs and their interactions is extremely helpful. She resolved' my recent heart issue, that I'm quite certain would have not been done as efficiently and effectively by others. My sincere thank you.
