I am very disappointed having to leave my provider who I've been with for over 12 years in the decision that Lee health has made to not be working for UnitedHealth insurance. Do you realize how many people this has affected and their lives now will be uprooted and upset.

Erin Lake, regardless of being an APRN, is the best doctor I've ever encountered. She doesn't judge. She listens and provides advice that is esy to follow. She is the reason I go to this practice. And Olivia provides equally Caring service.

Erin is outstanding. Always takes time to listen fully and shows compassion. I fully trust her with my health and wellness care.also this was a telemedicine call and I received a phone call and a text that Erin was running behind and would be with me shortly. I was a last minute fit in her schedule. Once she was on did not feel rushed she was totally present. That means a lot.

Yes, the nurse was exceptionally caring, pleasant and knowledgeable. She walked me through the ekg procedure and was very gentle remove the tape from the probes.
