Erin lake was very informative and took her time with me. I felt like this was one of the first times a provider truly listened and understood my concerns and actually wanted to help me. I'm very appreciative of the level of care I received and feel relieved I finally found a good provider.

Erin Lake is always outstanding. She is knowledgeable, stays current. I never feel rushed and I respect that she listens to my position and gives me the information, along with her strong recommendations, to make an informed decision. Excellent isn't a high enough rating. I would also like to commend Olivia. Efficient, also knowledgeable, and able to think on her feet.

Erin is always amazing! She takes time to listen to me, demonstrates empathy and concern, and formulates a treatment plan WITH me, not just for me. She is courteous, professional, and kind. She is extremely knowledgeable in primary care. I would highly recommend her! The MA who also provided care was highly skilled and kind. They are a great team!
