Erin Lake deserves a gold medal, raise and devoted loyalty. In a time when health care is broken, Erin makes you feel like she has got your back! I would follow her to anywhere in the world to remain her patient.

Erin Lake is amazing and met Andrea for the first time and she was very professional and courteous. Front desk attendant was friendly and professional too. I am so grateful for the exceptional level of care that I receive each visit.

Both Erin, Lake and Olivia are always outstanding when I have to see a provider. The day of my visit The front desk staff was also very receptive and smiling which in the past has not been the case

Erin Lake is the reason I stay at Lee Health. She and her office have gone above and beyond to show they care about the health of their patients. It’s nice to be treated as a person and not just another 5 minute number! Thank you Lee Health and Erin Lake!!!

Dr Lake was not my primary doctor but she was able to see me before my trip and was such a wonderful doctor. She made me feel very comfortable and I wasn’t anxious leaving for my trip after seeing her and getting my diagnosis from her😅
