From the front desk, to the medical assistant Olivia, to Erin Lake, I feel I have the best primary care office on the planet. Erin is extremely knowledgeable and has recently pin pointed an issue I have with confirmation on lab work. I am grateful to have found her and hope that I can continue this relationship for years to come. Erin and this entire office is the best.

Olivia, the nurse is excellent. She is friendly & very competent in her position. I look forward to seeing her on my visits. Erin Lake has been my primary care physician for many years. Erin is caring, supportive, great listener, and always takes good care of me. She takes her time listening to my concerns and [ ] and follows up to see how I’m doing. She is the best! Her office staff is always friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Great office.

Other than my GP, Ram [ ], I can say that Erin Lake is the first doctor in decades that took the time to listen to my story/history carefully and not make me feel like a [ ] because I have so many [ ] that may or may not be related. Dr Lake immediately took a very proactive stance aginst BOTH my [ ]. She ordered [ ] in an intelligent manner, and made me feel like there was hope for my current conditions which are basically shrugged off by the various specialists I have seen for them.
