This doctors office has an incredibly wonderful team of people. Sank rather low so I asked for help. It feels like they called in an army of people to help me. I am grateful for their kindness and help. I have already made progress in feeling better physically and mentally. Dr. [ ] was the leader of this team and they all are so kind to me that I feel very safe admitting I need help.

Able to quickly get a same day appointment, which was extremely urgent, as I had a [ ]. The office was efficient in bringing me in, and I was diagnosed quickly and given immediate care. If it were not for the quick responsiveness of this office, I may have been in the [ ].

I wish there were a rating above excellent for Erin Lake. She may be a PA but she is one of the best "doctors" whom have cared for us. We went to [ ] after having moved here in [ ]. Erin is the most thorough, caring, genuine medical professional we have ever known. So "excellent" just isn't good enough for us so how about "superbly excellent! "We are appreciate of the front office staff who helps us on the phone, makes us feel like family when we come in for appts. And I can't say enough nice things for nurses & support staff like Andrea who go above the call of duty to help us whether with [ ] or other. Lee Health should be grateful for such an amazing staff including Dr.[ ] our PCP. We travel from [ ] because of the care & yes love we receive from these fine individuals! [ ]

Dr Lake was not my primary doctor but she was able to see me before my trip and was such a wonderful doctor. She made me feel very comfortable and I wasn’t anxious leaving for my trip after seeing her and getting my diagnosis from her😅
