This office provides the most caring & excellent service. When you enter the front desk welcomes you with a smile and warm greeting. Brittany was our nurse this visit. She makes you feel like you are the most important patient. Erin Lake has been my primary care provider for many many years. She takes time to listen to my concerns and discusses the Issue and how to go forward with a solution I trust her.

I have been seeing Erin since the Bonita office opened. She is extremely knowledgeable has a great bedside manner and explains any issues and plans for treatment. I have rarely seen my primary doctor and have relied on Erin to diagnose and treat me.

Erin Lake has been overseeing my care for more than 10 years. I value her opinions, recommendations and overall concerns about my health and maintenance of such. She listens to me, finds options for me and presents her concerns and recommendations in a professional and caring manner. Difficult to find these days. Erin deserves recognition.

This was my first wellness visit with Erin Lake. She was extremely thorough and listened well. She made me feel like a whole human rather than just a body with potential problems that she had to solve and get quickly out of the office. I will definitely seek to have my appointments with her in the future. I also really appreciated the nurse, Olivia, who I saw before and after my visit with Erin.

I appreciate Erin Lake so much. She listens to concerns I have and we easily have a conversation about what alternatives we can try if I want to make some changes. I'm hoping she never leaves because I can usually get in to see her on the day I need her.

Erin dis used my medications; how and why I was taking them; how after hospitalization or urgent care adds or adjusts your meds they should be reviewed by primary. Otherwise added mends may not longer be needed; re.ived my be restarted pending current health issues.

Erin Lake is always outstanding. She is knowledgeable, stays current. I never feel rushed and I respect that she listens to my position and gives me the information, along with her strong recommendations, to make an informed decision. Excellent isn't a high enough rating. I would also like to commend Olivia. Efficient, also knowledgeable, and able to think on her feet.
