I have been going to this practice for over 9 years. My PCP, Dr. York, recently retired and I wasn't sure whether I would have to find a new practice or be satisfied with one of the other physicians. When I found out that I could choose Erin Lake as my provider I was very happy. I had previously seen her most of the time and I can't say enough about how well she listens and always has my best interest in mind. As long as I can keep Erin as my provider, I am sure that I won't even think of looking for another.
