Erin Lake, regardless of being an APRN, is the best doctor I've ever encountered. She doesn't judge. She listens and provides advice that is esy to follow. She is the reason I go to this practice. And Olivia provides equally Caring service.

Erin is outstanding. Always takes time to listen fully and shows compassion. I fully trust her with my health and wellness care.also this was a telemedicine call and I received a phone call and a text that Erin was running behind and would be with me shortly. I was a last minute fit in her schedule. Once she was on did not feel rushed she was totally present. That means a lot.

Yes, the nurse was exceptionally caring, pleasant and knowledgeable. She walked me through the ekg procedure and was very gentle remove the tape from the probes.

Dr. Lake is a great person, and she truly cares for her patients. I would recommend any of my family and friends to her. Dr. Lake is a Unicorn in the medical profession and Lee Health should do anything it takes to retain her.

This office provides the most caring & excellent service. When you enter the front desk welcomes you with a smile and warm greeting. Brittany was our nurse this visit. She makes you feel like you are the most important patient. Erin Lake has been my primary care provider for many many years. She takes time to listen to my concerns and discusses the Issue and how to go forward with a solution I trust her.

I have been seeing Erin since the Bonita office opened. She is extremely knowledgeable has a great bedside manner and explains any issues and plans for treatment. I have rarely seen my primary doctor and have relied on Erin to diagnose and treat me.

She listens to me, finds options for me and presents her concerns and recommendations in a professional and caring manner. Difficult to find these days. Erin deserves recognition.

This was my first wellness visit with Erin Lake. She was extremely thorough and listened well. She made me feel like a whole human rather than just a body with potential problems that she had to solve and get quickly out of the office. I will definitely seek to have my appointments with her in the future. I also really appreciated the nurse, Olivia, who I saw before and after my visit with Erin.
