The medical assistant who brought me to the exam room, took vitals, and an [ ] was terrific. I regret I do not recall her name. Dr Ladas, of course, was exceptional in every regard. My medical appointments with him are among the best I have ever had and that includes care at some of the top rated medical research facilities in the US.

Dr Ladas for being thorough and spending the time to answer all my questions and my wife's questions. Front desk scheduling staff for going the extra mile in getting an [ ] set up very quickly to accommodate our necessary travel plans. The nurse that took all necessary info before my visit with DR Ladas was efficient and pleasant.

Dr Ladis was outstanding. I left the office feeling reassured he was the best EP in the state. I felt so relieved after the visit that I was in capable hands.

I was seen exactly at my appointment time most unusual for such a busy office. Nurse took all my Vitals, Explained them to me. Doctor arrived soon after that for a lengthy interview and suggestions how to proceed to help me. Will follow directions as requested. Altogether a very helpful doctors appointment.

We were so very impressed with Dr. Ladas! The time he took to explain my husband’s [ ] and the options for taking care of it was much more than we would have expected! And he made it as understandable as possible. The nurse checking us in was also very kind (can’t remember her name)!

Dr Ladas was very understanding to all aspects of me and my condition. It was a first time visit to a new Dr in a new state, and was very comfortable and thorough. Plus he was able to get me in with the pacemaker tech to get it read while I was there, rather than an additional appointment. Very helpful!

The entire staff was GREAT! From the front desk to the entire medical staff. I especially like the idea to get all notes from the doctor immediately to take home. This was especially important as this is a new health problem.

I am not certain I have ever had a medical visit of any kind better than the one with Dr. Ladas. He took the time required to thoroughly examine what is a complex and rare cardiac issue. He listened carefully, was patient with me and my questions, communicated clearly, and was forthright and honest with a long-view treatment plan. Highest marks all around.
