Your front end check-in personnel were very courteous & professional. Lobby waiting room very clean as well as the room I was in for my physical with Dr. Rezac. The nurse who was working with Dr. Rezac and took my vitals including my BP WAS very friendly and professional. And of course, Dr. Rezac was the consumate professional.

The employees at the front desk were awesome and helped me by getting a wheelchair for me So i could make my appointment . The provider Dr Rezac is always very kind and listens to my concerns and provides options to make my issues easier to manage.
