The Fernandina Beach Primary Care office is an incredible place. Everyone is very knowledgable and helpful. If they don't know the answer to your question they will make a point of getting the information for you. My husband and I are both extremely please with our Primary Care physician, Dr. Rezac and his staff!

Your front end check-in personnel were very courteous & professional. Lobby waiting room very clean as well as the room I was in for my physical with Dr. Rezac. The nurse who was working with Dr. Rezac and took my vitals including my BP WAS very friendly and professional. And of course, Dr. Rezac was the consumate professional.
