The Fernandina Beach Primary Care office is an incredible place. Everyone is very knowledgable and helpful. If they don't know the answer to your question they will make a point of getting the information for you.
My husband and I are both extremely please with our Primary Care physician, Dr. Rezac and his staff!

Excellent medical team. Dr. Rezac is the best! He is knowledgeable, professional and caring. I’ve referred to many and they are happy as well. New office is very nice! Glad they have one now.

Like the new office....beautiful and very gray...lots of room.
Also the staff like always is friendly and professional.
My nurse practitioner is Ms.Kim and her assistant is Ms.lisa

The staff is very nice and very knowledgeable. Ms. Lisa and Ms. Kim Bibb are the most caring and supportive women I have ever met. They care about your health and you can tell it’s genuine because it shows in the care I receive! I will never switch my care from Baptist Primary Fernandina/Amelia Island.
