Kim Bibb is a thoughtful, intelligent, knowledagble PA that listens and responds to my needs. The office staff are also responsive and respectful. Appreciate that office visits are usually on time.

For me, so close to home, so convenient. That is secondary, however, to the staff. I find everyone warm, helpful and friendly . Have not had any scheduling problems. Highly recommended

The entire staff from check in to check out are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The MA who's name I didn't catch is very good. I saw a nurse practitioner, Jessica, before Ms Peacock came in. All were very good at listening and asking questions. I have a path forward thanks to them. I really appreciate the help.

You don't have to wait long to see your Dr or NP or to get an appointment. Office personnel are kind & professional. Great team!

Oh, lots of things:
1) love being able to send notes and consult with professionals
2) very close to home and the hospital
3) continuity of staff
4) love the new medical office: the windows in the exam room make them feel much less
“Clinical”
5) Kim Bibb is very knowledgeable and professional: as are all the staff
