The front staff is fantastic! We're always able to get a pediatric appointment when needed. I will say that I do not think the 'sand table' in the waiting area is a good idea. My sick child played with it before I could stop them, and when we were leaving, I saw other kids playing with it. I doubt that it had been cleaned in between. I wouldn't think a Dr office would have something like that just due to the germ aspect alone. Not only that, but it is incredibly loud in the lobby when kids are banging on the table or sliding the components around. I feel bad that the front staff has to listen to that!

Dr. Oum is very good, no Dr. Janssen, bt very good replacement. He really cares about his patients. The staff at Regency is so friendly. When you walk up it seems like everyone acknowledges you and doesn't let you just stand there waiting on anything.

Ashley Butler is nice, however you basically have to self campaign about EVERTYHING! Do you want to know your test results? Check your online chart (and for those patients with scarce internet access, sorry. You can't read the test results because it is all numbers and you are not a dr? Call the office. Well, don't worry the office won't answer your questions with the results, they will have someone call you back later. I am just trying to find out why there was blood in my daughter's urine 4 days ago. The notes to the office visit never mentioned what Ashley told us in the office that she tested negative for a UTI but she was sending the urine for a more in depth test because there was blood in the urine or that my daughter said there had been blood in her urine for a couple of days. However there was a note that she is to see a urologist even though I was never told that. It also says she was positive for constipation, no my daughter never said that, she actually says she poops at least twice every single day without fail. And the final note says they will call with follow up of test results. The same test results in the computer that say ABNORMAL. Does she need medicine different that the 2 Ashley gave before the test results came back? Baptist gets a 1 because they are nice, but that is all. I should not have so much trouble getting the results to know what is going on with my daughter and if further or different treatment is required and now if she goes elsewhere my daughter will be looked at funny when she says she was constipated but she tells them she never was, so to know they are not even taking notes correctly how can I be sure she is even being treated correctly?
