Front desk was exceedingly helpful. The medical assistant was patient and efficient with my handicap granddaughter . Dr. Kovarik was great. I have no complaints.

The visit was a wonderful experience, every one starting at the front desk was pleasant and friendly, the doctor sat dow, talked and listened attentively to what my daughter and I had to say, she was very courteous .

Jessica kovarik is a five star physician. She is professionally and clinically knowledgeable and she knows how to give this information to the patient and family so that it's understandable. She was very patient with questions and answered them all very well. We will return to see her again for my child's [ ].

As a first time mom I was so nervous when my newborn had an issue with her [ ]. Dr. K spent so much time explaining to us what was going on and the plan for care. She was able to fix the issue with our [ ]. And she even called us personally to check in. She was absolutely outstanding and we are so grateful for her!

The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful during our visit! Even when my kids don’t want to get the drops, they are very patient with them!

Each employee that we dealt with from start to finish made us have a great experience. Seeing Dr. Kovarik is a 40 minute drive from our house but it’s worth it. She truly cares about my daughter. She also walked us through (held our hands) the big stuff. Even when it fell out of her scope she still checked in and made sure we were ok. I love this team.

Dr. Kovarik is an excellent physician. She is very knowledgeable and she cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain everything and to make sure that you as a parent understand the care and needs of your children. She is the best doctor that my kids can have. We are very blessed to have her as a doctor. Thank you!

I had the best experience at the doctor! The staff was great and they decorated the whole place for Halloween for the kids. They even took the kids around to different stations to collect Halloween treats. The staff and doctor were amazing!

ALL of Dr.Kovorick'syeam was outstanding!! There was very little wait time, the Nurses's were knowledgeable and kind and Dr.was completely through!! My Child adored Dr.Kovarik!! Thank YOU!! ( I hope I spelled Dr.'s name right)8

Dr Kovarik is one of the most amazing doctors we’ve ever seen. She is part of the reason my daughter can see and on top of it she is a very caring doctor who explains what’s going on and is just perfection.

Dr Kovarich is so excellent that it is extremely difficult to get an appointment with her; we need more pediatric ophthalmologists in Lee Health
