Outstanding service provided in all aspects of this appointment for cardiology advice and monitoring. Processed thru office and visit in a timely manner and did not have to sit and wait for half an hour or so beyond appointment time like a lot of other appointments at other places. Overall for this appointment was excellent.

I cannot say enough kind words about Dr. Koop. He is so soft-spoken yet able to get his point across clearly. He lays out all the options for me and then allows me to make educated choices about my care. When I was first transferred over from Dr. Cross to Dr. Koop, I was a bit upset, because I really liked Dr . [ ] as well... but now I'm actually happy I was transitioned over. Kind, courteous, thorough, and takes whatever time you need.
