Receptionist was very friendly, Cathy (PA) was very thorough and helpful in helping with suggestions and [ ]. Dr. Koop was very thorough and helpful in his assessments and explanations. As I was leaving, everyone said goodbye and were very friendly. A nice change from some other offices.

Dr Koop is the absolute best and I have already referred patients to him. I have never really felt comfortable around specialists, Dr Koop really pouts you at ease and make you a partner in the process.
