Victoria Kirsten, APRN is a delight and is always patient with me, answers all my questions plainly and thoroughly. Her staff was very courteous too at LHCP.

Maria provided excellent care and greeted me with empathy and made me feel comfortable right aware. Courtney the student was also very empathetic and excellent bed side manner. Victoria explained in detail her concerns and our next steps to get me on the right health path. I am so happy with the outcome and this incredible team.

The student that worked with the Nurse Practitioner was very personable and thorough! I had to go to Question Diagnostics for blood work and the phlebotomist, Natalie was absolutely fantastic! She was so fast and it was virtually painless!

Your Nurses really care about your health and are very thorough in asking the right questions. Besides Victoria. Britney was beyond caring & encouraged me to see a nurse. I was so thankful I listened to her. Had not I would be home with a UTI. So greatful & thankful for your nurses & staff

Victoria Kirsten is PHENOMENAL! My mother had been going to a doctor at the Lee Health Ft. Myers location for years, following a move - we decided to make a change and find a provider in the Bonita Springs or Estero area. Selecting Vicky was one of the best decisions. She, and her assistant Maria are a wonderful team. They are knowledgeable, caring professionals who treat my mother with respect and enable her to maintain her dignity as she ages with dementia. I would HIGHLY recommend Vicky to anyone without hesitation. The staff throughout the facility, from the registration desk, lab, radiology and pharmacy are always so pleasant & efficient - Kudos all around.

All the staff was great that I had acted with from the person at the front door to registration to the volunteers to the nurse and the doctor. Everyone was super friendly, especially when you're dealing with a sinus infection in your head felt like it was going to explode. Everyone was just super nice and friendly.
