Victoria Kirsten is one of the most upbeat and friendly medical person! She is a joy to visit! She always greets me with a smile and a big hello and listens to what I have to say. Her assistant is the same way, very upbeat and friendly making it comfortable to come in.

Victoria Kirsten is by far the best I have seen when my primary doctor is unavailable. Sometimes I wish she could be my primary that is how attentive, professional and overall kind and caring.

From the very beginning to get an appointment through a MyChart email message, everything went smoothly! A fast smooth process that started with Dr. Romero's MA Adrienne getting on my request fast! Victoria Kirsten's was also very efficient! MA Maria was welcoming and professional. Victoria was informative and great at starting a treatment for my condition. As always, LPG shined from the beginning! Recommend.

First office staff contact was medical tech, Maria. She always has a smile and very professional and courteous. Victoria Kirsten is same plus very sensitive to my concerns. I never feel rushed or unheard. I highly recommend her.

The dr we saw was not our regular dr I was ill and needed to be seen that day and reg dr didn't have any appointments avail however they got me in that day with Victoria and I was very happy with her concern and pleasant personality and for the help I received I was also happy Dr [ ] staff took such great care to get me an appointment

Dr Kirsten was very friendly and asked ME how I felt everything is going with my health. Previous visits with other Drs never asked me. She was kind and caring. The nurse was also friendly. Office was comfortable, I was seen in a timely manner.

Victoria Kristen is one of the finest, most extraordinary primary health care providers I have ever encountered. She is amazingly knowledgeable, caring, inquisitive, thorough and insightful. In all the years I have been dealt with and administered to, Victoria is at the zenith on my list. My wife feels the same way and we consider ourselves blessed by her professionalism and diagnostic abilities.

Vicky Kirsten. Outstanding because of her thoroughness, unlike several previous Drs, she Advised me to get a procedure which Identified cancer tumors, got then removed and potentially saved my life. I will always be grateful to her.

Overall your staff from receptionist to Victoria Kirsten were very personal while at the same time very professional. Victoria herself is an excellent practitioner. She doesn't rush through your, takes time to answer your questions very knowledgeable. I would say based on my experience she makes her patients feel very comfortable. She is excellent
