All the staff was great that I had acted with from the person at the front door to registration to the volunteers to the nurse and the doctor. Everyone was super friendly, especially when you're dealing with a sinus infection in your head felt like it was going to explode. Everyone was just super nice and friendly.

I don't remember the young lady's name, but the medical assistant that took my blood pressure, weight, and body temperature, was very nice and professional. She was very sweet and kind. I remember her from her voice, She is the person I spoke with over the phone prior to my coming to the clinic. Vicky, the NP, was also very nice. She was easy to speak with. Explained everything well to me, and listened to my concerns and questions. She made me feel at ease.

Victoria Kirsten is one of the most upbeat and friendly medical person! She is a joy to visit! She always greets me with a smile and a big hello and listens to what I have to say. Her assistant is the same way, very upbeat and friendly making it comfortable to come in.

Victoria Kirsten is by far the best I have seen when my primary doctor is unavailable. Sometimes I wish she could be my primary that is how attentive, professional and overall kind and caring.

From the very beginning to get an appointment through a MyChart email message, everything went smoothly! A fast smooth process that started with Dr. Romero's MA Adrienne getting on my request fast! Victoria Kirsten's was also very efficient! MA Maria was welcoming and professional. Victoria was informative and great at starting a treatment for my condition. As always, LPG shined from the beginning! Recommend.
