I am so grateful to Dr. Dan after a year of agonizing muscle pain in my neck and shoulder and back. I made an appointment and he gave me a trigger point injection. I was in constant pain. I made an appointment to see him and he gave me a trigger point injection. The remainder of the evening I was sore and swollen at the injection site but, i woke up the next morning pain free. I felt the best I had in a very long time. Thank you, Dan!

I love Baptist primary care. Clean offices and a very friendly staff. I find them to always being ready to help and answer questions. If I call the doctors office they answer and take care of my needs.
