Went to the ER and was amazed at how the HOSPITALIST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT THINGS I WAS WORRIED ABOUT!
He made a mental list and called in staff to work on all the things on my list.
THIS IS RARE. MOST PLACES ONLY TREAT THE ONE REASON YOU CAME. THEN……..YOU ARE OUT THE DOOR.

There's a very short wait time for my appointments, and every staff member is friendly and willing to hear whatever I want to talk about.

It is clean, bright and airy. The reception area provides ample room to sit away from someone who might be coughing or contagious.
The receptionist is pleasant, competent and courteous.
The young lady who draws my blood is FANTASTIC!! She always finds my vein the first time which never has happened elsewhere!
The doctor's assistant was professional and courteous.
My doctor (Darby Martin) is excellent. She is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and answers ALL my questions.
I have recommended four (4) people to her and they are very pleased.

I love the new location. Very clean and nice. I never have an issue getting in touch with the office if I have a question or need to reschedule an appointment. I usually see Daniel Palmieri APRN for my check ups. He is great and easy to talk to. He listens and always provides helpful feedback or solutions. Dr. [last name] is also really great. She’s kind and makes you feel comfortable and important. I really like this doctors office. Really great staff. Would recommend to anyone.

Everyone there is very friendly and efficient. The appointments are on time, no waiting for long periods. I highly recommend Dr Martin. She has been my primary doctor since I have moved here in 2021.

I like the doctors esp Gary Gain, he’s my doctor and has been for many years. He listens to my complaints and is very thorough. The new office is very nice and the visit was completed in a timely manner.

I like the staff and my doctor. They treat you like family. I like the timely fashion of how they respond to messages either by calling you or through myChart.
