The staff, from reception to check-out. I have the utmost respect in Dr. Darby Martin. If I have questions , she answers them. If I had expectations and they weren't realistic, she explains the rationale behind her decisions. She instills trust with her knowledge. She is looking out for my health, not just checking off boxes.

The staff go out of their way to see us. Gary is always on top of our physical issues. Dr Martin helps us and correctly identifies what diseases we have. Evelyn makes sure our records and messages are sent to proper doctors like cardiologist and orthopedic etc. we have no complaints

Your staff is helpful, but Dr. Martin is FANTASTIC! I never feel rushed, and she is very thorough. I had bloodwork done in the office and got the results, along with her comments, the next morning. Thank you so much for making “going to the doctor” a pleasurable experience.

I never have to wait to be seen. The staff member takes me in as soon as I come in for my appointment. The staff member treats me well and answers any questions I may have. Dr. Martin sits down with me and lets me share my conditions with her, and she gives me advice on what to do about them.

I have been using this office for many years as a patient of Dr. [last name] and I also have enjoyed the personal cheerfulness of the staff and their care for their patients. It is pleasant there and comfortable and the wait times are acceptable. I have chosen Dr. Martin as Dr. [last name] has retired and I plan to stay with my choice.

The people first of all. Receptionist is pleasant and helpful. Phlebotomist is EXCELLENT!!!! Dr. Martin is thorough and takes time to address situation and answer any questions. Office assistants are respectful and courteous. Establishment is clean, bright and very open.
