Dr. Martin is always courteous and listens well to my concerns. She helps me by being pro active and honest with what can be done. The staff is always friendly and helpful, but especially to my pediatric patient, and for being a non pediatric office, they do well with kids.

Your office was very impressive starting with the check in lady was very nice, helpful and very efficient. My check in nurse was friendly, personal and efficient. She sat me in the room to see the Dr at 12:02 my appointment was at 12:00. Dr. Martin was seeing me by 12:05. All things considered I had an appointment some where else the prior week had a 3:15 appointment got seen at 4:40 I would say you guys know how to schedule patients. And we appreciate that all so FYI I never feel rush out and my questions are always answered. Let end the appointment with the girl who schedules next appointment very cheerful and definitely very accommodating. Great job

Went to the ER and was amazed at how the HOSPITALIST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT THINGS I WAS WORRIED ABOUT! He made a mental list and called in staff to work on all the things on my list. THIS IS RARE. MOST PLACES ONLY TREAT THE ONE REASON YOU CAME. THEN……..YOU ARE OUT THE DOOR. Way to go…..BAPTIST!

It is clean, bright and airy. The reception area provides ample room to sit away from someone who might be coughing or contagious. The receptionist is pleasant, competent and courteous. The young lady who draws my blood is FANTASTIC!! She always finds my vein the first time which never has happened elsewhere! The doctor's assistant was professional and courteous. My doctor (Darby Martin) is excellent. She is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and answers ALL my questions. I have recommended four (4) people to her and they are very pleased.

Everyone there is very friendly and efficient. The appointments are on time, no waiting for long periods. I highly recommend Dr Martin. She has been my primary doctor since I have moved here in 2021.
