Kia is excellent! And I'm glad she's still there after all of my family's MDs have left. I was afraid they'd find a way to take her with them.

Kia really focuses on what my concerns are every time I see her. She is focused on getting me the best care, and giving me the opportunity to catch serious issues more quickly by getting me the necessary tests as soon as possible. I love working with her, and know she really cares about me as a person and my overall health.

Listened to concerns and addressed them the best that they can as well as making sure I knew that we can follow up with another appointment or through messages on MyChart. Spent majority of the time talking with me, instead of on the computer filling out forms which makes me feel more valued as a person.

With Dr. Raval transitioning to more of an admin role and having fewer appointments available, I was concerned that the quality of care would fall off, but I know I'm in good hands with Kia, and she and Dr. Raval work as a team to take care of me.

Kia is absolutely amazing! I've recently had some very negative experiences with healthcare providers (including one within this practice), but Kia took the time to listen, was very thorough, shared both positive and constructive feedback about my health, and discussed along with me to come up with a manageable plan of attack for the next few months. SHE IS THE BEST!

I can’t say enough great things about Kia. I had a bit of a rough year health wise in 2023, and she really helped me get through it. She is a great listener and always explains things thoroughly. She seems to really care about her patients and I have been very happy with her as my provider.
