I appreciate the level of care, I received from check-in to check-out. I also appreciate the fact that, I knew what my out of pocket charge was up front. Everyone was welcoming and the atmosphere was calming. Each and every one of the staff was amazing and My doctor was an absolute jem. He was attentive, knowledgeable and his bed side manner was top notch. I left my appt. W/an understanding and options for treatment.

The staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable. Meeting first with the financial advocate was a big plus. She was able to answer every question I asked. The visit went quickly with the desk personnel, as they were skilled and informed. The doctors NP was thoughtful and professional, asking pertinent questions, gathering information. The Doctor himself was very informative and pleasant, going over previous lab details with me and explaining the next steps toward a possible diagnosis.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. The wait to see the doctor was reasonable. A little hard for me to navigate the building ( I am on a walker), but employees were very helpful in directing me.

The office is organized, professional, and mindful of the schedule. Most importantly though is Dr. Cumberbatch. He is thorough, caring, and attentive. Fortunately my diagnosis was benign, but had it not been and treatment had been necessary, I feel that I would be in very good hands. Thank you.
