Dr Biddinger is clearly knowledgeable and an expert in his field. I had 100% confidence that he knew what needed to be done and could do it successfully. My difficulty came in understanding what my post op experience should look like and I did not know how to engage in that conversation correctly with Dr. Biddinger. After consulting with Jill a week after my post op appt, I feel I have a much better understanding of the after care process, how to deal with the pain during recovery and how to decipher concerns. She took her time to answer my questions relating to my recovery, which felt frightening at times. Jill is excellent at post op explanation for patients who do not really know/understand what to expect. She made me feel heard and showed empathy for the situation that I was experiencing. She calmed many of my fears and helped me feel that what I am experiencing is “normal” and also explained what I may experience in the weeks/months to come, and for that I am grateful.

I was very impressed with his know, skills professionalism. The precautions he took before and after surgery I think made a great difference in my recovery that has been awesome. It’s been excellent. I would recommend him to anyone.

He is one of the best doctors in his field. However....this was our first time at his new location. I was chatting in the waiting room with others...none of us like his new location. 95% of his patients use a type of walking device and or wheelchair. The doors in this part of the building are NOT wide enough for a wheelchair. How does this even happen? His last location was PERFECT for everyone. His office and orthotics and PT all in one. Great parking and so easy to get around in. Just the right size too. The exam rooms....I have been in 3-4 different rooms...are WAYYYYYY too hot! The hallways and waiting room are comfortable though. The campus is difficult to navigate and handicap parking is never available. His staff is always very caring and knowledgeable....wondering WHY you moved him and his staff?????

Dr Biddinger is always on time and appointments start early when possible. Dr Biddinger is a great surgeon and explains the good and the bad... very honest. Office ladies, Jill and Layla(sp) are very nice and friendly. They talk with you like you are Dr's only patient. The ladies are genuinely concerned about my feelings and progress with my foot. I will and have told people about Dr. Biddinger... Dr Biddinger is fabulous!!

I suffered a trimallor break [MONTH, YEAR]. Dr. Biddinger took over my care . He did a surgical repair by inserting a plate and several screws. I couldn’t ask for a better outcome considering the situation, I’m in the road to recovery and thankful for Dr. Budfingets knowledge & skill.

For a first time visit he was not the friendliest provider I have seen. His bed side manner could be a little better. I’m very unfamiliar with MyMichigan providers and this first experience was not the best. Hope they all are not like him

The doctor took time to listen to me and gave his honest opinion without telling what to do. He invited me to come back if I decided to do additional testing. He said he would order another test and take another look. He did not rush to survey and gave me honest odds of success and failure of surgery. I like his honestly and direct response. He answered all my questions. I like him!
