The office has always been amazing, so kind and sometimes even funny. The doctor and his staff are great and seem to always get me in when it is convenient for me. I would recommend that office to anyone that needs it but then again I want them all to myself lol just kidding they are great.

Doctor was efficient and knowledgeable. Issues not with doctor but front staff checking in. After check in I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes, with the waiting room cleaning out twice. Asked clerk who checked me in and she just commented “ there are a lot of providers we will get to you”. Another associate overheard, checked and came back to me and said we will get you in as soon as room opens. Found out later the clerk never checked me in and doctor was just waiting! Made me late for rest of my appointments and meetings that day.

When visiting Dr. Biddinger's office, the staff was always pleasant and friendly. Appointments were almost always right on time. Dr. Biddinger is knowledgeable in his field and gets right to the issue of discussing your current problem. He will always answer any questions or concerns you may have as they arise.

Top notch ! Explained everything about injury, surgery and recovery , welcomed questions. Would recommend to anyone that needs leg/ ankle or foot injury. Entire staff made me feel at ease .

Dr Biddinger notices a small discolored spot on my foot (unrelated to my visit) and encouraged me to go to my dermatologist. I got in to the dermatologist the next week, he did a biopsy, aggressive melanoma … Dr Biddinger’s attention to detail and willingness to make a recommendation outside his lane saved my life!

Sometimes his bedside manner can seem rushed or insensitive, but once you know him he lightens up every once in awhile. So serious 99.9 % a smile once in awhile would be nice. Maybe a viewing of Patch Adams?

Pleasantly surprised by how thorough Dr Biddinger was. PLUS…he talked to me in MY type of words, rather than just in the medical terms. I will probably need to undergo two major surgeries on my foot, but he advised me that I might want to try a brace on my foot first (and that same brace would be neededafter the two surgeries). I would recommend him highly. It was very nice to talk to a doctor who was so knowledgeable while being so down-to-earth.

All the staff was so great, they were polite, listened to everything I said and I got into the office right away. I would also never go to an other podiatrist again. Dr. Biddinger was so great and we have a plan.

I would recommend him to everyone i just think he needs to work on his response to people would be my only complaint which isn’t much of a issue other then that he did excellent on my surgery so far

The woman , who sets up our appointments, does a phenomenal job. She wrote a letter provided proof my paperwork was in on time. Unfortunately, the certified personnel, who fills out the paperwork wouldn't return to work until after the due date. Because of this proof I received on extension. Thank you so much for providing such individualized care for your patients.

Would recommend Dr. Biddinger. His staff is very friendly and considerate. He listens attentively and explains treatments and diagnosis completely in layman's terms. Great doctor and staff!!
