Kent was absolutely great but the room that I was in was like an oven. It was incredibly hot and I don't know how any patient could stand sitting in there.

I had a great experience with the doctor and his staff and would recommend him to family and friends. However, the waiting room was chilly and the examination room was very hot! I asked to please leave the door open so that I could have some cool air. Thank You

I appreciated the way Dr. Biddinger explained my condition in detail and the three options that were available to me for treatment. He is very direct and to the point, while at the same time he listened to my concerns and questions. I never felt rushed. He is quite outstanding in his field.

Dr Biddinger is clearly knowledgeable and an expert in his field. I had 100% confidence that he knew what needed to be done and could do it successfully. My difficulty came in understanding what my post op experience should look like and I did not know how to engage in that conversation correctly with Dr. Biddinger. After consulting with Jill a week after my post op appt, I feel I have a much better understanding of the after care process, how to deal with the pain during recovery and how to decipher concerns. She took her time to answer my questions relating to my recovery, which felt frightening at times. Jill is excellent at post op explanation for patients who do not really know/understand what to expect. She made me feel heard and showed empathy for the situation that I was experiencing. She calmed many of my fears and helped me feel that what I am experiencing is “normal” and also explained what I may experience in the weeks/months to come, and for that I am grateful.

I was very impressed with his know, skills professionalism. The precautions he took before and after surgery I think made a great difference in my recovery that has been awesome. It’s been excellent. I would recommend him to anyone.
