They got me in immediately. Both the Dr and staff were professional, friendly and addressed all my concerns and issues. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

It was not a positive or informative first visit. Very abrupt bordering on rude. Would cut me off after ask a question. Left feeling rather disrespected. Would not go back.

I sure would. He is a wonderful physician, kind, right to the point of what he can do and how his care will look. He explained everything. I had no foot pain after surgery. Even at home I never experienced any foot pain after surgery. This has been the greatest experience after surgery. Thank you Dr Biddinger and thank you staff for all your prompt services.

He was great and kept trying to heme get the treatment I needed. If I need treatment again and he is able to help, I'll definitely go back to see him.

I like that there is never a long wait at the office. Doctor is direct and through at explaining my options but not pushy. I didn't feel rushed. I staff is friendly.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Biddinger took control of my case when others ignored me. I called to set an appointment and the next day the doctor contacted me and told me to keep my appointment with him. He assured me he would take care of me. I arrived at my appointment and within 10 minutes with Dr Biddinger, he had a plan in place and made arrangements to have me directly admitted to a room. The next day the doctor performed the first of two surgeries. I was discharges 6 days later, and after following the doctors plan, plus working on my own physical therapy at home, I was back to work with no restrictions. My case could have been worse. I credit Dr Biddinger for his passion to help people and his extensive experience for saving my foot and possibly my life. I would strongly recommend Dr Biddinger for your orthopedic needs. His staff was always so friendly and helpful. I could even say probably the best whole practice experience I've had in over 14 years. Top not staff and a great surgeon!

Friendly office staff & care providers! Dr alway very professional! Only thing that’s changed is his dictation during exam. Which I understand he has to keep that end of his visits up too…

In the past I worked with Dr Biddinger in a hospital surgical setting. I have had 3 foot surgeries in 2 years for arthritis with Dr Biddinger. He always listens to my concerns. He is very detailed in explaining my foot issues pre and post operative. When I was informed my foot pain was arthritis and i needed foot surgery, I knew Dr Biddinger was the best. I switched from a podiatrist to Dr Biddinger when i heard i needed surgery to resolve my foot pain. I did so based on knowing he was a great foot surgeon. His office staff are excellent. My questions are answered. I am treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Thank you again Dr. Biddinger and all who work at his office

Truth and considerate. Straight to the point. No sugar coating Pointed out different in x-ray and the seriousness between them time and my ignorance did not help my situation and the seriousness of my injury. Dr was up front and truthfully to me.

Very good experience from the time I walked thru the door til I walked out. Office personnel is friendly and courteous nurses as are the nurses and dr himself asks questions and spends time and answers any you may have

Dr. Biddinger is a no-nonsense guy. He doesn't want a long diatribe from his patients, which makes him appear rude. However, he shows GREAT CONCERN for one's foot/ankle condition. He explains one's condition in very clear language. Another thing I like about Kent is that he always chooses the less extreme treatment before delving into surgery. He is the best surgeon I know.

Dr. Biddinger wants to make sure you feel your healing is done and you are comfortable with the outcome. He answered questions and gives you an idea of what he thinks the outcome should be. He asks what you want and tells you what the options are.

Extensive surgery several years ago. All aspects from Doctor Biddinger’s surgery, including after surgery visits, directing physical therapy, and routine follow up were “FIVE STAR”. Could not have asked for better results
