From time I entered the building. Staff was very friendly and Michael was very knowledgeable answered all my questions showed concern about my problem and was there to advise me. Went really well. Took his time with me. Concerned about my problems and what the solution would be Good explanation. I had a question Called the office. Michael got back to me right away. And mentioned any more questions just call the office. To me, it's a worrisome surgery at the stage of my life. It makes me feel better that I can feel comfortable with contacting someone and get a good explanation and answer to any of my questions
