Jamie made me feel comfortable as I was at the first visit with the doctor. She actually made me laugh. Dr.Kelly reassured me and paid attention to what I was saying. He explained what I was seeing on the Monitor during the cystoscopy. He eased my fears.

The attention and probing questions Dr. Kelly asked displayed a concern for my overall health beyond my urulogical condition. My family and I have had strong liking for Dr. Kelly since our first meeting In the hospital after my surgery. He was also the person who suggested doing my subsequent two surgeries concurrently and thus negating the need for two separate surgery dates. Truly an asset to the organization and possessor of excellent patient concern!

Dr Kelly inherited me after I was bounced around by several other doctors in the practice. Frankly, it was the greatest thing that could happen to me. He is absolutely the best doctor I have had in 69 years of life. I appreciate his concern and candor and care. I feel very confident with Dr Kelly as my doctor..

Dr. Kelly is amazing. My test results were posted in My Chart very shortly after the test was done. Dr. Kelly had already reviewed them and commented on the results, even though my appointment to review results was a week away.

Dr Mark Kelly has been a godsend for my prostate cancer care. He is so intelligent and personable. His practical with most current research based plans of care are so comforting and reassuring to my wife and I. Dr Kelly has made dealing with my cancer less stressful and improved my mental health immeasurably. Thank you Dr Kelly!

All interactions with the 4 individuals I came in contact with were very positive and professional. I was well pleased with Dr. Kelly and how he showed me the results of the scans and the surgery. He asked questions and was able to develop a plan to prevent future complications. All the notes were added to my chart so I can refer back to them. I was then showed to the appointment manager and was given an appointment for follow up with in 1 year. But if there are any changes to call and make an appointment.

Dr Kelly was really down to earth & asked about health issues that could be part my bladder problems. I was blown away by his concern for me as a person and not just a patient. I was a wreck about my bout w/prostate cancer, but assured me it was & has remained In remission from the prostatectomy. It's no longer a major concern & we monitor my PSA every year.
