Everyone here is always very pleasant and helpful. They o over and beyond to support the customer/patient in a respectful way as well. I appreciate there efforts so much, feeling unwell already comes with it's challenges, but being able to come to a place where your treated fairly and not like just another number; takes some of the weight off of not feeling your best. Every experience I've had here has been amazing.

“The doctors, PA‑Cs, and staff in the Hematology offices on the 6th floor of Baptist MD Anderson in Jacksonville are some of the best in the entire Baptist system. Being truly listened to makes a difference when you’re dealing with something as long‑term and unpredictable as recurrent DVTs. My PA‑C, who I saw on April 6th, 2026, deserves real credit — and whoever hired her deserves a raise. I’ve been dealing with blood clots for 17 years. In 2025 alone, I had multiple DVTs, including a traveling clot that I caught just in time on March 1st at Baptist South. Listening to the warning signs saved me, but so did the mobile ultrasound tech and the ER doctor who coordinated with the MD Anderson doctor on call. I don’t have cancer, but living with multiple DVTs is no easy path. On top of that, my right knee is bone‑on‑bone and needs to be replaced — and with my clot history, I’m still unsure whether I can safely go through with it. That may change, but it’s a real concern. My April 6th visit at Baptist MD Anderson was one of the best of many I have had. My PA‑C and I talked through everything, including getting me in with a better vascular specialist — then the one I saw back in March 2026 for a full vein check.”
